Welcome to Body and Soul by Sher
At the moment this is a site introducing what Body and Soul by Sher offers. As my husband and I will be relocating to Alberta in a few scant months, it makes no sense to keep my raw materials stocked up, finally after 20 years I'm moving out of Manitoba and on to a progressive province!! But back to topic. Body and Soul is a dream many years in the making. Over the years it has become painfully evident that our modern approach to life is actually working against us. Before I go on, don't get the wrong idea - I'm not a hippy nor do I embrace any of the ideals from that movement. I do however believe that products for you, whether ingested, rubbed on or eaten off of should be at least non-toxic, also a novel belief is to support local
products made right in your area. Quite often, locally made products are made with something that seems to be lacking in todays business world - pride and quality. Here in my home studio, not only do I make 100% natural
candles, soaps, toiletries and any number body treats, I also make the pottery that accompanies my products. I also have a kiln so I make porcelain pieces for the products that I produce. as the days go by I'll be adding pictures and ingredient lists of what I make, along with my email address so any questions can be answered. I should also note for you that I've been working with aromatherapy for 9 years and have nothing but positive results, it's now time to share that positivity with others in the form of teaching, so Body and Soul not only has the finished product but also classes on how to make your own products.
