Our game this week will be at 8:00. We need to be at the field by (yawn) 7:30. We will be at the same field we were at last time.
We will be one player short again so we will only have one sub.
We had a great practice yesterday, so let's carry the momentum forward!
Another important item: THERE WILL BE NO PRACTICE ON TUESDAY. I need to attend some meetings in Florida the first part of the week

The first game is upon us tomorrow (Saturday 9/10 at 9:30) . Please be at our field at 9:00 a.m. SHARP. We will be playing team number 753 coached by Ken Nash (don’t know their name). While all the teams in this division were hand- picked, I do believe that we have an excellent team and stand a great chance to do well! The first game is “pre-season” and should not count in the standings.
A few notes about tomorrow’s game:
1. We will only have 12 players available tomorrow because Craig is in Alaska (LUCKY!). So we will only have one sub, and most of the boys will have to play the whole game. This will be a little tough for the first game, but at least heat will not be a big factor (projected high is 76 degrees tomorrow, and should be cooler than that when we play at 9:30). PLEASE let me know IMMEDIATELY if you will not be able to make it as we are short-handed as it is.
2. We do not have a team parent, so we will not have a snack schedule or assignments. You are all responsible for your own snacks and fluids. We will also not have a banner. The boys have grown out of all that, anyway….
3. Please return your Picture Day packages to the game tomorrow. Picture Day is on Sunday the 11th at 2:50. However, please be there NO LATER THAN 2:15. It will be at Heroe’s Park (the Pit). Oh and bring your best smiles :o)

1. Our team number is 754
2. We are using Size 5 balls
3. We will continue to practice at Foothill Ranch Community Park (in the back, behind the baseball fields)
4. Picture day is on Sunday, Sept. 11 at Heroes Park (also known as "the Pit" NOT at the Rimgate park where it was held last year. (A special thanks to Kay Burnett for picking up the packages!)
5. Picture day packages AND uniforms will be handed out at Tuesday's practice.
6. We still need at least one more player. If anyone knows someone who wants to play, please refer him!
7. We still need a team parent... Volunteers??

This is our team website.
I will post game schedules and locations (with map), team contacts, snack schedules, notes, and so forth on this site for your convenience.
Keep checking it and let me know if you have any suggestions for improvement.
We will be practicing on Tuesday and Thursday of every week from 4:30 to 6:00 at Foothill Ranch Community Park. Our first game will be on Saturday September 10.
