Sigma Nu Chapter History

In the year of 1987 there was a meeting in McNulty Hall where a number of ladies gathered to find out more information about Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. As time went on only nine ladies went on to show there true love to the organization. Finally on March 12, 1988 they became the Prestigum line of sigma Nu Chapter.

Due to the fact that Sigma Nu was denied access to Johnson & Wales University it became a metropolitan "City Wide" Chapter. This means any student attending a college or university in the Rhode Island area may join the Sigma Nu Chapter.
