El Martes 30 de Marzo de 2004 es el gran día. El día en que Aerosmith hará público el disco que los lleva nuevamente a sus raíces y que resalta su conexión con el blues y sus inicios en la música.

Según Steven Tyler: "Nosotros no grabamos un álbum de blues, grabamos un álbum de Aerosmith. Todo lo que Aerosmith ha hecho siempre ha estado influenciado por el blues. Esta vez, llevamos la influencia un poco más cerca de la superficie."
