How to use MSN Messenger and Microsoft NetMeeting To Video Conferencing
Step 1
-- Make sure you have MSN Messenger

and NetMeeting 3.0 installed.

-- In order to use MSN Messenger you must have Microsoft hotmail or Microsoft
MSN email account
-- Make sure your web camera has been installed correctly.
Typical web camera would looked like below. This is my web camera too, it's Logical QuickCam Express (earlier version)

Step 2
Add my MSN or Hotmail account (for this add my hotmail account
garwooi@hotmail.com) in your MSN Messenger
buddy list or vice versa. (tell me your hotmail or msn email account in order
for me to add in my buddy list)
Step 3
Open Microsoft NetMeeting by going to Start --> Run --> type in "conf" without
quotation mark then click OK. If prompt error message, that means the system
haven't installed NetMeeting yet or NetMeeting corrupted. Proceed to install
NetMeeting from Control Panel --> Add/Remove Programs.
Step 4
Both parties must online at the same time, when we see each other online, then
we will be able to video chat or voice chat through internet by click the
appropriate button. OR enter mine or your IP address into NetMeeting number dial
box and click dial.
IP address will be assigned to you by your ISP (e.g. AOL) after you connected to
internet. It can be check from NetMeeting Menu --> Help --> About Windows
NetMeeting --> IP address (999.999.999.999)
