" LEARN BY DOING"
by Carl Polk
Coaching Soccer Successfully
and building a solid program that will benifit all
of the young youth of today ,is a must for all coaches ;make it fun
for the kids and most of all incorporate drills that will benifit
them and make them want to learn.
There are drills, which cover position-specific and overall soccer
skills, will help you develop complete players. Here
are just a few pointers for coaches to follow or try with their program.
+ Develop a coaching philosophy
+ Communicate with your players
+ Plan practices
+ Teach offensive and defensive skills and tactics
+ Prepare for matches, and
+
Evaluate your players and program
PROJECT
UPDATE
Look
like we will be able to proceed with
one of our main projects , which is the lighting of the proposed
fields ,9,10,11 and 12. A big thanks to Scott Dawson for the long hours
and hard work on securing the necessary grants to make this happen.
It's
just a matter of time.
Don't forget if you are at the complex that the
following fields are still under construction. 9,10,11 and 12.
Hopefully our completion date will be before the start of the Fall
season
