Blue Man Group's music is really the basis for its show. The comedy involved in the performance is a mere supplement compared to the amazing amount of talent and uniqueness in the music played by the blue men. Somehow three blue people on a stage can convey such powerful music that (aside from the album The Complex) has no spoken words and is comprised of, for the most part, only percussion.
The unique sound of Blue Man Group is produced through their instruments - all of which (aside from the occassional drum) they made themselves.
