Bebee Taylor Daycare Center
Our Bebee Taylor Daycare Center opened in 1988, which was originally only accomodated 32 children. In 2001, we were able to expand our program to serve up to 72 children. The philosophy of the Bebee Taylor Day Care Center and the YWCA After School Club is to provide a loving, caring, healthy and safe environment that stimulates each child by meeting their unique developmental needs. We meet this challenge by ensuring that every child has a safe supporting environment, we are very careful to treat each child equally and to the best of our ability, we give each child the right to be themselves - no matter what their background, race, religion or color, and we use positive techniques to help the children learn from their mistakes and teach by example. Our program features hot, nutritionally balanced breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack prepared in our kitchen. Our curriculum for our toddler and pre-school programs is designed to be creative, stimulating developmentally appropriate, with a focus on reading readiness, creative play and socialization skills. We have an enclosed outdoor playground area and large indoor gymnasium for large motor skills.
With our expansion, we currently have two Toddler rooms, a pre-school I, a pre-school II and two afterschool rooms. We also run our Summer Fun program throughout the summer.
Our Daycare rates are as follows:
Full-time toddler $100.00/week
Full-time Pre-school I/II $97.00/week
Part-time rates are $20.00/day or $10.00/half day
After School Club $26.00/week
