Welcome to Dynamic FX:
Here you will find quality scripts for web programmers and for webmasters alike. The scripts here are as is and have been throughly tested in NS4.76, IE5.5 and NS6.2. These scripts should work in NS4.xx, IE4+, NS6.x and sometimes Opera 6. Any programmer is welcome to look through the source of my scripts to better understand javascript programming, but do not copy full functions. Learn from the coding, test different methods and create yourself. This is the best way to learn. I must warn you though, that I don't make scripts in a clean easy to read fashion. I generally make them as compact as possible to make download size as small as possible. All the scripts here are available for use by anyone. A credit comment is not required but if you decide not to include a credit comment, please do not credit yourself with making the script. The main reason I began making javascripts was because I wanted to make quality no-strings-attached scripts that even a professional site could use without being embarrased when someone looked through the source and saw: made by Maximus. So enjoy the scripts, learn from the tutorials, and make better websites.

Minor News:
Sept 10: Fixed the scrollbars problem and the problem with the autoHideXOverflow not doing anything. Also added a function to keep the menu visible when the page is resized. Now Build 34.

December 15, 2002: Progress
Well, work on the SSM 7 is in full swing. It's been a while since I've done JavaScript work and for good reasona. I've been learning some PHP and the other is due the lack of interest in cross-browser work. Now, to my liking, IE5+, NS6+ and Opera 7 seem to all be on the same level. The new SSM will first be released with only those browsers being supported. May even have higher requirement because I do not have NS6 or IE 5 installed but I'm gussing they will support it. Now to see the progress you can go here. It has been tested in IE6 (XP version), NS7.01 and Opera 7 Beta. Opera 6 seems to dislike the current version and that's fine. Not much I can do about it since Opera 6 can't do layer clipping. Once the full release of the SSM 7 is out, I maybe start work on plugins for older browsers since my script set-up allows for it. Anyway, enjoy and e-mail your comments and suggestions. Please do not suggest submenus because that will be in the final release. Thank you.
August 31, 2002: A Great Way To End the Month
Finally, I have uploaded the SSM 6.6 Build 30. It will make some very happy and some a little disappointed. Probably 99% of the people that use the SSM will be happy. The gen is totally brand new. Head over to the overview page to see what's new before continuing on.

This site will no longer works in NS4 and probably soon will not work in IE4 anymore. If you still use them, its time to get the newer browsers. I will no longer test to see if this site works in NS4 and I know it doesn't at this point so don't e-mail me about.

The Slide Show Gen is down for a day or two just because the HTML needs to be fixed up to work with the new format I got.
August 15, 2002: New Forum!
Well we got a new forum. This time I hope that people will use it. It also has some tutorials in it so go check it out and start posting. Please use the forum for script problems rather than e-mailing. Thank you.
July 14, 2002: Slide Show Gen Up, SSM Gen Down
Well I finished converting the slide show generator but I ended up upload a newer version of the SSM generator for a script that is not finished. So until I finish, hopefully tomorrow, then you guys will just have to use the raw code.
July 8, 2002: I'm Back
Well, back from vacation at least. I want to do some scripting work and more importantly html work to put the scripts on my site but I have no motivation what-so-ever at this point. Maybe something will change soon.
June 29, 2002: Going On Vacation
Yup, going to Cancun for 1 week starting tomorrow. This means that no e-mails will be answered for that time. If I don't post anything within 2 weeks then something probably happened to me. I'm hoping for a great vacation, enjoy the SSM while I'm away.
April 17, 2002: E-mails and SSM 6.6
Well sorry to all who have e-mailed me and not been responded. I kinda went into a reply slump because of interest reasons. I have replied to those back to April 13th but no later. If you still need a question answered, please e-mail again.

Onto SSM news. I have I new version that has been ready for a while but hasn't been uploaded because I haven't tested it enough to be satisfied and because I've been busy with other stuff. Hopefully I get it up before the end of the month. It will allow for right-left sliding, "smooth" left-right/right-left scrolling, better image support on the menu bar and a couple of other fixes and additions.
March 16, 2002: Contact Form
It's been a couple weeks and I have had tons of time to add more to my site but I've been maxing and relaxing so the best I could put out is the contact form.
March 3, 2002: New Layout
Yes sir, I got a new layout for this site. This beautiful layout was made by Charlie (aka RaverX) from Ravecore.com. Only the SSM is available at this time. Considering that's the most important page on my site I'm not too worried about the other scripts for now. More to come later.
