Become an active resource for your community!  No more business as usual
These are difficult times, but together we make a difference!  Join a union, church,
reading group, pool team.  Attend a rally, concert, lecture, demonstration, event,
protest, or workshop.  Become part of a local town hall, school board, newspaper,
radio station, public school, university, library, social center, or recreational facility.
Teach, share, and celebrate.  Together we become the difference we seek.

Jobs with Justice has some service opportunities coming up and all of our organizations need participation. Read below about jobs with Justice, and checkout the AFL Sign-up List for More!  (Scroll Down)
Hi Amazing Jobs with Justice Volunteers,  Its that time of year again...
We are gearing up for our spring phone bank and we need your help.  If you haven't phone banked for us before, its a lot of fun and we provide a really yummy dinner.
Phone banking is an import way to keep Jobs with Justice up and running and we can not do it with out your help. Besides raising much needed funds it also is a great way for us to stay in touch with JwJ pledgers and find new volunteers.

Did I mention that its easy?
I will proved the food, phones and training.  You all help by providing your time and passion for workers rights.  Together we can do our part to keep JwJ up and running.
So if you are interested the schedule is below.  Look it over and get back to me with what time works for you.
Thanks for your support.
June 14, 16, 17, 18, 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, and 28th

1.  We need editors and writers for the above pages, and
for other pages with a variety of themes… (see partial
  listing below)
 if interested....Contact us !
 (with or without technical expertise...)

2.  Web-Work We also have a variety of pages on The Wordsmith Collection and The International Peaceresource Center.   We maintain more than 5000 pages on five virtual servers…

These pages are created in a variety of forms.  We are in the process of migrating these pages to a "clean" server.  The clean server includes Dreamweaver-based pages and interactive PHP development.        We could use some web savvy techies to help coordinate  and oversee this process.
(Revenue streams could be shared)

3.  Art ProjectThe Wordsmith Collection has a five-ton truck
we are in the process of outfitting as a community bookmobile.
We have recently completed $1200 dollars in mechanical repairs, but the truck still needs a tune-up, some front end work, and painting.  We plan to repainting the truck with murals, leaving one side available for time sensitive memos.  This will be an exciting canvas!  More than twenty foot long and a dozen feet high!  We need artists and/or a mechanic…
