1. Open the bidding on the reconstruction of
Iraq. *
Allow the Iraqi people and our allies to participate.

No-Bid Iraq Contract Worth
Multi-Billions
2. Replace US troops with international
peacekeepers tied to winning bids.
As they stand up, we stand down. Staying the
course with our occupying
troops as targets is foolish and counterproductive.
3. Begin a jobs creation program in America
focused on rebuilding our
infrastructure, enhancing communications, securing our borders, and
educating our people.
4. Recommit America to real values: jobs, health
care, security, education,
justice, liberty, freedom, human rights, conservation, social
change, and
civic commitment. The days of empire and colonial conquest are gone.
We can no longer afford to indulge in corporate adventurism as national
policy.
5. These actions will restore our reputation and
establish credibility. We have
burned too many bridges. It is time for creative diplomatic
initiatives and
critical intelligence oversight as we rejoin the world community as a
responsible partner.
