Hmmnn.... my work is fine, same old, nothing more nothing less. I am in danger of becoming a lemming, yet i am no risk taker to break the cycle. such is life. for most people anyway. Or in my mind.

What about me?

My minds buzzing. Haven't been able to sleep. Could be the guilt of my secret marriage, boaring into my soul. Although it's news to me.

Anywho, how is everyone? I'm tried & feeling restless at the moment.

A little update on me. Work at the same place & same time. A bit of variation from day to day. I do like what I'm doing at the moment. I'm happy where I am, & I think that counts the most. Going to the Easter Show tomorrow! Been watching movies, going to Game 4 of the basketball grandfinal series Sunday. Woohoo! Go the Razors!

Caught up with Roya & Vain Thursday after work. We did a bit of window shopping, had dinner, watched a movie & got a lift in Royas flash car. Not in that order though. Had a great time! Hosai was there too, but we didn't see her. =( She forgot her phone. ps. will post the videos of our time together soon.

Can't believe wonderlands closing.*sniff* on the April 26, 2004. We should organise to go, for the last time. Anyone want to go on Saturday the 17th or 24th of April? let me knows

To be honest I haven't come here for a long time. Posts are rare. Just wondering if anyone still reads this or comes here?

miss u's (",)

halu all! long time no blog! Been on a cathartic stage...lol! I think i'm permanently on that stage. I have this design for our blog which i've thought about a year ago, and i still haven't had time to do anything about it. Even more now cuz i'm working day and night. I think I haven't blogged about my job yet. I'm working as admin assistant, (yes) for a company called Performance Edge Systems. But my role is not strictly admin, because, guess what, i have a degree, and wouldn't it be nice for the company to use my degree but pay me as admin?! Well yeah. That's alright though, i'm not expreienced with the type of IT we do here, and besides, this IS experience for me. The company is also called E-cademy. We are a training company, we train people for call centres, we also train managers, wholesale/retail people, etc. We are like TAFE but private/company, and we offer traineeships on the job. We've expanded, and now we haev courses on-line. That;s where I come in. I basically manage it. The system is not complete yet, there's a lot of adding functions going on at the moment. I understand what it needs to do as it relates to the actual in the office function, and then I understand the technicalities of it which i then refer to the programmer. So I'm basically working on the SAD phase of it, while at the same time the programmer does the actual job. And then I also solve problems and queries, any errors, any complaints...yah. It's hard. it's tough. 90% of the time I don't know what I'm doing. I keep nagging people what to do, can you repeat it, i don't understand, blah. It's embarassing, i'm annoying, and i don't understand what's happening when there's too many! Besides that, i'm also sorta handling the on the job computer problems. Easy ones. It could be just more functions MSWord does (such as the dreaded section breaks needed for portrait/landscape combo, which i hate cuz it stuffs up the page numbers), or maybe something's wrong with the printer (which i basically just turn off completely then turn back on, and then it's printing fine now, what a genius!). Also doign back up tapes for the server (whoooeeeee, server, yeah all i do is take out a tape, then insert a new one, everyday), and etc etc. Any thing I can't do I refere to the expereinced IT guy who works off site and just gets called (he works in another company) when we need him adn then pay him $120 per hour! What the $@#! that's a shitload of money! (scuse the french). But he's expreineced, he knows evrything.

and the other job. it's still at NAB, but only 3 nights now. Don't want to let go such a great 2nd job.

oh oh oh! Have u guys seen last samurai?Q!! OmmyfreakinGawl! It's amazing! Tom-the bastard-cheater Cruise is amazing! In it anwyay. I did have trouble trying to reconcile the fact that what he did to Nicole for just wats-er-name-look-at-me-pretty. But anyway, the story is fantastic, the cinematography great, the acting was great! I just fell in love with Tom Cruise in that movie! Plus, i admit he does look good in it too! The bastard-big-toothed-freak!

I was gonna watch cold mountain too, but no time at the moment...i heard so many poeple say it's good...later. Watched underworld...it's ok. It's dirty, dark, messy...well what do you expect. In the preview the showed Gothika with Halle Berry. Freaky! That was a scary preview, it's going ot be a scary movie! There was a freakin scene which seemed like it's from the ring...ehhhhh my hair stands on end just thinking about it!

What else in my life..... besides work and movies that is. Let's see, there's my job and motion pictures i like to watch... (ngek, sarcasm is the lowest form of wit!). Hmmnnn.... I just love reading fiction! It takes me to places i can't physically get to, and enter someone's else imagination I havent thought of. A friend of mine who got married last week is pregnant now. My wisdom tooth hurts, both sides. My hair is frizzy again despite last year's straightening session, but don't want to do it again cuz it would be so flat, my face would stick it more and make me look funny. Gotta love the hair i got now (maybe). And my sister got married.

until next year! (maybe i'll go on another cathartic pace. Darn! i gotta get back down to earth! wakey)

sun/wind/rain

I'm on my break and I just wanna say howdy!

Last Friday attempted to invite everyone out for a movie. Some of you guys were working =(, everyone else couldn't be bother so it was just the 3 of us Donna, Amali and I who hanged out in the city. We watched Bad Boys II. It was funny. Just ask everyone else in the cinema who could hear Amali aka mics laughter. lol

We had lunch in the wrong restaurant. lol. Can u believe there are two resturants called Superbowl right beside each other. We were following Donna, so it was all Donna' s fault (joke). Anyway when your in the city the one thing you have to do is shop. So we did. It was fun.

We have another plan in the works. Probably next Sat the 18th Oct or 25th of Oct before ramadan. Not too sure. Try and keep thoses dates free. Do you guys have any ideas?

In my world work has been stressful. Not just the work, it could also be that my body's not conditioned to working 8 hour days plus the whole new work environment blah. I'm trying to get into the swing of things. On the other hand, socially work has been great. Everyone has been incrediblely friendly. Breakfast day, a b'day party at Gordon last Sat I couldn't go to and the typical free drinks and kebabs on Fridays that I miss out on. Cos Friday's my day off.

BTW has anyone received a call for a phone interview? I handed in your CV's and coverletters last Thursday.

till next time.

Jlo

Roya since you didn't post your name analysis I thought I would on your behalf. This is serious. I looked up Jlo on http://www.kabalarians.com and Roya ur really name 'Jlo' was here!! lol Check it out! It sounds pretty accurate. I'll give my comments of accuracy later. lol

Brief Analysis

Your name of Jlo has created a practical, responsible, stable nature, and you desire to direct the efforts of others rather than to take order or ask permission. You have a determined, self-reliant, capable nature and resent any interference, although in your desire to help you are inclined to become involved in the lives and decisions of other people. You like to make your own decisions and to be the master of your domain. You feel a limitation in your own expression when it is necessary to reach another through tact and understanding. Although you are honest and fair, a directness in speech is a source of much consternation to you, and you often regret what you say. You also have a tendency to worry. It causes you to be too serious, and interferes with happiness and relaxation that comes with naturalness of expression.

my name

hi all!

1. Is the name you have now the same name that's on your birth certificate? If not, what's changed?
Same all

2. If you could change your name (first, middle and/or last), what would it be?
no, its all good

3. Why were you named what you were? (Is there a story behind it? Who specifically was responsible for naming you?)
my dad, it usually means friend of the people... i dont know, he said he just liked it.

4. Are there any names you really hate or love? What are they and why?
I like names that sounds either powerful or nice.... these are names i like right now.....
Boy names i like Alexander, Emilio, Dante, Giovani, Thomas, Tommy, Wlliam, Antonio, Noah, Joshua.. etc
Girl names i like Elizabeth, Catherine, Liana, Kirsten, Rosa, Felicia, Jennifer, Isabella, Victoria, Naomi... etc
i dont hate any names.......

5. Is the analysis of your name at kabalarians.com / triggur.org / astroexpert accurate? How or how isn't it?
I dont know... some are true.... i use Arvin all the time but the my real first name in my birth certificate is Arvinlexter, thats one word.......here is the analysis from >> www.kabalarians.com ........you be the judge......

Your first name of Arvin creates individuality, independence, self-confidence, initiative, and an inclination to physical activity. You are not inclined to merge your opinions and viewpoints with others, to accept compromise, or to work in a subservient position against your will. Your expression is invariably quite direct and candid, and lacks the moderating tone of tact, diplomacy, and friendliness. Others find it difficult to accept your domineering and, at times, argumentative manner. Your circle of friends is restricted to those of like nature. Once friendship is established, you are very loyal and steadfast and do not tolerate gossip or criticism. In your close associations and family life, there is little demonstration of sentiment, appreciation, sympathy, or encouragement. It is difficult for you to find the right words for such circumstances.

Lexter as a first name gives you a very independent nature, yet you are friendly, approachable, and generous. You can be a spontaneous, expressive, and talkative person. Generally you are good-natured, though at times you can be rather blunt and sarcastic. This name incorporates creative, artistic, and musical abilities, and there would be an element of originality in all that you do. You like to do things on the spur of the moment without planning or prior arrangements. Your spirits are buoyed up greatly by encouragement and appreciation. There is a tendency to be scattering in your efforts and you prefer to avoid menial jobs of a routine and repetitive nature. You are inclined to pursue good times and emotional indulgences to excess.

cya,
Arvin
ps. i just got a name analysis book .......so......send me your full name in my email.....(first, middle, last name) and when i learn it, i'll give you a translation of your name....cool!

Friday Five

1. Is the name you have now the same name that's on your birth certificate? If not, what's changed?
Yep it's the same.

2. If you could change your name (first, middle and/or last), what would it be?
I'd change my last name to Speedman. Only when Scott and I get married.

3. Why were you named what you were? (Is there a story behind it? Who specifically was responsible for naming you?)
My parents and grandparents chose my name. I was originally going to be named Donnabel. After both my grandmothers. My my mums mum, didn't want to be outdone by my dads mum whose name was Donnita. My first name ended up being a combination of my grandmothers name Belen and Marie came from nowhere hence Mariebel. My second name was chosen by my mum.

4. Are there any names you really hate or love? What are they and why?
For guys I've always liked Brenden, Brandon, Sebastian, Lawrence, Francis, & Nicolas. Girls names, Lorlie & Aaliyah Thats all I can think of right now. Hating names? not really.

5. Is the analysis of your name at kabalarians.com / triggur.org / astroexpert accurate? How or how isn't it?
In kabalarians, I had to request my name to be added. Although there was a Maribel, the spelling was different. So the nice creators of Kabalarians analysed my name for me!

I think the analysis below is somewhat true. You guys be the judge. Do you think that's me?

Brief Analysis

Your name of Mariebel makes you easy-going and refined, but detracts from your physical vitality. You desire all the finer things in life--lovely clothes, home, furniture, and environment. However, procrastination is your worst enemy, and you find yourself lacking the ambition to make your dreams a reality. People are inclined to take advantage of your sympathetic, tractable nature. You naturally attract people with problems who seek your understanding and advice. You can give good advice although it is unlikely that you would follow it yourself. You would be most successful in situations where you can use your skills in diplomacy in handling people, but where you are not under pressure or required to carry responsibility and make decisions. It is difficult for you to be individual and make your own decisions, for you lack self-confidence.

Wednesdays What-if's?

Something to think about for tomorrow.

1. What if you knew you were going to die tomorrow?

2. What if you had only one seven-word sentence you could utter on your deathbed?

3. What if you could save one of the following: a plane full of 250 people that is going to crash today in China; a busfull of 70 people that is going to crash today in your state; or one of your best friends who is going to get into a car crash today?

4. What if you could have a quick, painless, yet unexpected death, or a long, excrutiatingly painful terminal illness that gives you more time here?

5. What if you had to choose between you or your best bud to die tomorrow?

Greetings to fellow fellows! Confidence low! I've been applying for jobs that have titles I can read, understand and look into just based on the title. Pretty much i'v been going for junior roles....ngek! Desperado mucho! But would you believe.... if not a junior role then you must have at last 6 months experience, and if it's an entry level junior role you MUST be a school leaver! Don't they understand that not only school leavers need junior entry level roles?! hrmph!

My family have to retell and allow me to relive the whole story when I tripped and ripped my jeans. They find it so amusing?? BTW I was limping.

Portrait of the Protector (iSfJ)
Copyrighted © 196-2003 Prometheus Nemesis Book Company.
The primary desire of the Protector Guardian [ISFJ] is to be of service to others, but here “service” means not so much furnishing others with the necessities of life (the Provider’s concern), as guarding others against life’s pitfalls and perils, that is, seeing to their safety and security. There is a large proportion of Protectors in the population, perhaps as much as ten percent. And a good thing, because they are steadfast in their protecting, and seem fulfilled in the degree they can insure the safekeeping of those in their family, their circle of friends, or their place of business.

Protectors find great satisfaction in assisting the downtrodden and can deal with disability and neediness in others better than any other type. They go about their task of caretaking modestly, unassumingly, and because of this their efforts are not sometimes fully appreciated. They are not as outgoing and talkative as the Providers [ESFJs], except with close friends and relatives. With these they can chat tirelessly about the ups and downs in their lives, moving (like all the Guardians) from topic to topic as they talk over their everyday concerns. However, their shyness with strangers is often misjudged as stiffness, even coldness, when in truth these Protectors are warm-hearted and sympathetic, giving happily of themselves to those in need.

Their quietness ought really to be seen as an expression, not of coldness, but of their sincerity and seriousness of purpose. Like all the Guardians, ISFJs have a highly developed puritan work ethic, which tells them that work is good, and that play must be earned-if indulged in at all. The least hedonic of all types, Protectors are willing to work long, long hours doing all the thankless jobs the other types seem content to ignore. Thoroughness and frugality are also virtues for Protectors. When they undertake a task, they will complete it if at all humanly possible; and they know the value of material resources and abhor the squandering or misuse of these resources. Protectors are quite content to work alone; indeed, they may experience some discomfort when placed in positions of authority, and may try to do everything themselves rather than insist that others do their jobs.

With their extraordinary commitment to security, and with their unusual talent for executing routines, Protectors do well in many careers that have to do with conservation: curators, private secretaries, librarians, middle-managers, police officers, and especially general medical practitioners. To be sure, the hospital is a natural haven for them; it is home to the family doctor, preserver of life and limb, and to the registered nurse, or licensed practical nurse, truly the angels of mercy. The insurance industry is also a good fit for ISFJs. To save, to put something aside against an unpredictable future, to prepare for emergencies—these are important actions to Protectors, who as insurance agents want to see their clients in good hands, sheltered and protected.

The actor Jimmy Stewart and Mother Teresa are examples of Protector Guardian style

Introverted Sensing Feeling Judging
by Marina Margaret Heiss
Profile: ISFJ
Revision: 2.4
Date of Revision: 20 Jul 03

ISFJ's are characterized above all by their desire to serve others, their "need to be needed." In extreme cases, this need is so strong that standard give-and-take relationships are deeply unsatisfying to them; however, most ISFJs find more than enough with which to occupy themselves within the framework of a normal life. (Since ISFJs, like all SJs, are very much bound by the prevailing social conventions, their form of "service" is likely to exclude any elements of moral or political controversy; they specialize in the local, the personal, and the practical.)

ISFJs are often unappreciated, at work, home, and play. Ironically, because they prove over and over that they can be relied on for their loyalty and unstinting, high-quality work, those around them often take them for granted--even take advantage of them. Admittedly, the problem is sometimes aggravated by the ISFJs themselves; for instance, they are notoriously bad at delegating ("If you want it done right, do it yourself"). And although they're hurt by being treated like doormats, they are often unwilling to toot their own horns about their accomplishments because they feel that although they deserve more credit than they're getting, it's somehow wrong to want any sort of reward for doing work (which is supposed to be a virtue in itself). (And as low-profile Is, their actions don't call attention to themselves as with charismatic Es.) Because of all of this, ISFJs are often overworked, and as a result may suffer from psychosomatic illnesses.

In the workplace, ISFJs are methodical and accurate workers, often with very good memories and unexpected analytic abilities; they are also good with people in small-group or one-on-one situations because of their patient and genuinely sympathetic approach to dealing with others. ISFJs make pleasant and reliable co-workers and exemplary employees, but tend to be harried and uncomfortable in supervisory roles. They are capable of forming strong loyalties, but these are personal rather than institutional loyalties; if someone they've bonded with in this way leaves the company, the ISFJ will leave with them, if given the option. Traditional careers for an ISFJ include: teaching, social work, most religious work, nursing, medicine (general practice only), clerical and and secretarial work of any kind, and some kinds of administrative careers.

While their work ethic is high on the ISFJ priority list, their families are the centers of their lives. ISFJs are extremely warm and demonstrative within the family circle--and often possessive of their loved ones, as well. When these include Es who want to socialize with the rest of the world, or self-contained ITs, the ISFJ must learn to adjust to these behaviors and not interpret them as rejection. Being SJs, they place a strong emphasis on conventional behavior (although, unlike STJs, they are usually as concerned with being "nice" as with strict propriety); if any of their nearest and dearest depart from the straight-and-narrow, it causes the ISFJ major embarrassment: the closer the relationship and the more public the act, the more intense the embarrassment (a fact which many of their teenage children take gleeful advantage of). Over time, however, ISFJs usually mellow, and learn to regard the culprits as harmless eccentrics :-). Needless to say, ISFJs take infinite trouble over meals, gifts, celebrations, etc., for their loved ones--although strong Js may tend to focus more on what the recipient should want rather than what they do want.

Like most Is, ISFJs have a few, close friends. They are extremely loyal to these, and are ready to provide emotional and practical support at a moment's notice. (However, like most Fs they hate confrontation; if you get into a fight, don't expect them to jump in after you. You can count on them, however, run and get the nearest authority figure.) Unlike with EPs, the older the friendship is, the more an ISFJ will value it. One ISFJ trait that is easily misunderstood by those who haven't known them long is that they are often unable to either hide or articulate any distress they may be feeling. For instance, an ISFJ child may be reproved for "sulking," the actual cause of which is a combination of physical illness plus misguided "good manners." An adult ISFJ may drive a (later ashamed) friend or SO into a fit of temper over the ISFJ's unexplained moodiness, only afterwards to explain about a death in the family they "didn't want to burden anyone with." Those close to ISFJs should learn to watch for the warning signs in these situations and take the initiative themselves to uncover the problem.

Famous ISFJs:
-Louisa May Alcott
-Alfred, Lord Tennyson
-Queen Elizabeth II of England
-Robert E. Lee
-Queen Mary I ("Bloody Mary") of England
Fictional:
-Bianca in Taming of the Shrew
-David Copperfield
-Hero in Much Ado About Nothing
-Melanie in Gone With The Wind
-Ophelia in Hamlet
-Dr. John H. Watson, M.D. (Sherlock Holmes' faithful sidekick)
U.S. Presidents:
-William Howard Taft
US Olympic figure skater
-Kristi Yamaguchi

Hello Dear Friends,

How are u guys? im okay! I havent written here in a while becoz i really have no news to say and i would be blabbering about some trivial stuff that can already be found in my blog. This friends blog is still alive and its good to hear that u guys are okay. I am okay, Ive been sick but im getting a lot better but there are still days where i feel awful and i hate taking medicine, the doctor said it might be an allergy and i think its the cold. Im allergic to the cold... lol, Im just very prone to illness and catch cold easily as well as my headaches.

Hey azeena, b4 i forget here are the emails you wanted...ps. i hope that viv and jos dont mind me writing it up, sorry...here they are...

Yeah I better skip to the job search, Im still unemployed but it's cool, Im still looking, I already have an agency behind me so its cool, they actually offered me an admin/clerical job to start last week but it was just too far for me to get there, they said they will look for something more appropriate. Im still looking by myself, in the newspaper, asking friends and family and the internet. I get a lot of rejection letter coz they are looking for people who have so much (1-2 years) experience and know so much things (MCSC, A+, ASP, advanced programming...) that i cannot offer them right now. Oh well... i'll probably take classes later, it will be okay. Good luck with all your study / job / job search as well.

What have i done? nothing much... I really have nothing much to say... I'll continue this later.

Hello, again... this is another attempt to tell you what i have been up to other than what has been already discussed above. Nothing. did i mention i was sick and still looking for a job? yes and yes. lol i know, this is not something you would want to read but i really havent done anything exciting at all... i'll try to squeeze some stuff that might be of interest...

Ok....here goes, the agency was at circular quay but the weather was terrible that i stayed indoor most of the time, interview was okay... ummm ....Im still waiting for the library to get the book that i want and havent read anything at all since kushiel, Ive spoken to donna, mariebel and vivienne on the phone just in the last few days, i havent been to the movies but saw, 40 days & 40 nights, on video and this filo movie called, ang tanging ina (meaning something like.... the one and only mother), both was pretty good.

My current favourate cough lolie is fisherman's friend, i like vicks vapour rub, i use telfast for my allergy that is not really working, i occasionally drink cold and flu neurofin when it gets really bad, use too much tissue and like the filo soap, sanay wala nang wakas (meaning something like....hope there is no end).

I eat a lot of mandarins and oranges, drink plenty of water and hot drinks. I think i am putting on un-needed weight, its been really cold and so i am getting indulgent at food and getting addicted to daytime tv, in my trackies with warm blankets or just go online and apply for things, blog, read friends blogs like this, teri, bec and others non-friends and search whatever interest me at the time.

My night watch are... amazing race, alias, oliver's twist, friends, malcomn in the middle, stargate, home renovation shows, csi, australian idol, crossing jordan and rove plus.....day time soap and talk shows, morning shows and felicity. Im broke most of the time, i like to just sleep in and sleep late sometimes, i havent been excercising coz its just really cold, i want a job, looking for IT and admin/clerical work, im happy staying at home but happier when i get a job. I had dilemma with my blog page so i moved site, I also have time to think but thats another series of trivial thoughts....opps im getting a dead leg.... ouch ...lol

I like these songs right now....
-Blu Cantrell ft. Sean Paul - Breathe (remix)
-Beyoncé Knowles ft. Sean Paul- Baby Boy
-Michelle Branch - Are You Happy Now
-Matchbox Twenty - Unwell
-Benny Benassi presents The Biz - Satisfaction
-Chingy- Right Thurr
-Dream ft. Loon - Crazy
-Thalia - I Want You
-Ashanti - Rock Wit U
-Da Brat - In love wit chu

well, i think im just boring all of you right now... sorry, next time should be way more exciting, cross fingers... i know we will all be okay and get together more often once we are all settled down, one day we will look at these posts and smile... i know i would... what else? I guess that it! well i think thats long enough, hope u enjoyed it... So...Thanks for reading, Take care and be good! enjoy your day people!!!!

ps. my emode score
iq >> 117? aspiring inventor

latest on me,

hey guys! havent been keeping my promise to blog more regularly but after work I get soo tired and i just crash, currently am at work I'm just taking a break for a few mins have heaps of work but dont want to do it....feeling realy tired and lazy.

so whats happening in my world? in short not much i'm busy with work and family, going out with workmates to dinner to meet another work Colleague who has come from queensland to do a course here, talk to him alot on the fone and emails but first time to meet him face to face....The last movie i saw was bruce almighty, i have been wanting to go to the movies for quiet some time now but everytime something comes up and we end up not going. But i have decided to go this weekend and will be taking a friend naheela (i think u guys have see her if not her foto) it was her b'day this week so i'm taking her out to celebrate it, dont know what to watch any good movie that you guys recommend that we should see.

really miss you guys havnt seen anyone for a such long time, i think its partly my fault cuz i cant take any time off from family and work to organise an outing for everyone. Was thinking of calling everyone to go out this sunday but i thought i should at least give everyone 1 week notice so that everyone could make it.
Talked to bog yesterday after a long time, she sounded happy and might be coming here next year. As you might already know my plans of going to sheepland for two weeks is postponed until december...reason being my sis' fience will be coming from overseas soon and we will have a party for them and for my brother as well his fience came two months ago...so we kinda delayed his engagement party so we could have a party for them both at the same time.

going to lunch now..i'm starving....man i have to get into the habit of getting up early and try to have breakfast. The way i'm going now is so not healthy, been eating alot of junk food lately and not doing regular exercise. I have only been swimming four times in the past few weeks.

came back from lunch, it such a beautiful day today such a shame have to spend it indoors :(
Have to get back to work bye for now.

love,

roya

IQ test worth doing!

Greetings all!

It's Mariebel here. How is everyone? It's been awhile since anyone has done this. So here's just a little update on me.

It's been a little over 3 months since graduation. I took some time off from everything, including work in that time.

Now for about a month I have dived into the tough IT job market and feel like I've drowned a few times. It's exhausting applying and receiving rejection after rejection. I had better luck when I was hardly looking.

I have had a handful of phone, face-to-face interviews and assessments. I've had some bad interview experiences, but have learned from them. No luck as yet, although we all know it has little to do with luck.

I had an interview last Tuesday with an IT company that create business Web solutions and Network management tech support from small business to NRMA. It went well and I am scheduled for a second interview sometime next week. I'm so freaking scared because the second interview involves me PROGRAMMING in ASP and SQL!!! The second interview lasts half the day, while they watch and assess me on a project. Err. Anyway I get paid for the time. Woohoo!

I have another interview Wednesday afternoon next week at Mascot, for an IT Technical Assistant role. Wish me luck I need it!

Thanks Beenz & Amali for all the advice & help! (",)

Haven't had the chance to go to agencies, which I was planning to do this week.

Apart from all the job hunting, I am still working with the ATO. Lately working 7-8 hour days because of all the TAX, PAYG, BAS etc. I really enjoy work and I am petrified to move out of that comfort zone. It will be 3 years in October! I've been told it's time to move on. However, I always put happiness before everything.

I'm going to be doing the CCNA course offered at uni, regardless of whether I get a full-time job or not. I have e-mailed you guys about it. The due date for payment is Friday the 22nd of August. It costs $850 for each module. The total cost for 4 modules is $3400 if you pay per module. It's relatively reduced comparative to 10 day courses run by commercial companys that cost $3000 per module. Yikes!

I've been out to see 2Fast 2Furious, Identity, Charlie's Angels - Full Throttle and Bruce Almighty.

I MISS you guys and understand everyone's busy, but I hope we can arrange to meet sometime soon.

Mariebel xoxo

Now to the IQ TEST!

Congratulations, Mariebel!
Your IQ score is 142

This number is the result of a formula based on how many questions you answered correctly on Emode's Ultimate IQ test. Your IQ score is scientifically accurate; to read more about the science behind our IQ test, click here.

During the test, you answered four different types of questions — mathematical, visual-spatial, linguistic and logical. We analyzed how you did on each of those questions which reveals how your brain uniquely works.

We also compared your answers with others who have taken the test, and according to the sorts of questions you got correct, we can tell your Intellectual Type is Visual Mathematician.

This means you are gifted at spotting patterns — both in pictures and in numbers. These talents combined with your overall high intelligence make you good at understanding the big picture, which is why people trust your instincts and turn to you for direction — especially in the workplace. And that's just some of what we know about you from your test results.

Ultimate Personality Test!

The Ultimate Personality Test

Mariebel, you're a Millionaire!

Your personality is actually determined by two personality sub-types - your primary, or dominant sub-type, and your secondary sub-type. You are a Millionaire which means you are a Success / Thinker. Your primary sub-type is defined by "Success" characteristics and your secondary sub-type is defined by "Thinker" characteristics.

That means you're very ambitious and personable, and you've got a great sense of humor. Chances are you care a lot about how you look. You're bursting with self-confidence, and people admire you for your achievements and determination.
