Hello everybody,
sorry that we've been so slack but we've been too busy enjoying our time to update.
Although our adventures here in Australia haven't been quite as outrageous as India and Nepal, it's been equally or more so enjoyable.
New Years was spent with good friends in melbourne partying until the wee hours of the morning (I -Kelly - made it past midnight - unlike last years performance)
The next two weeks were packed with trips to the beach, more celebrating with friends (playing pass the pigs all night), a trip to Mt Gambier with Terry and Julie(our amazing hosts) to meet Peter and Jeanetta, and a wicked weekend at the farm down on the south coast. It was great to see all of you again and thanks heaps for your wonderful hospitality and all the good times!
The middle of Jan. we caught "The Hound" to Wagga Wagga to see the Parker clan. Joerg rode his first horse, which was nothing less than a strapping young racing steed, which he maneouvered all the way to the pub, about 3 kms down the road for a cold stubbie! And just as exciting was catching yabbies (freshwater crayfish) down at the pond on the farm. Thanks for everything Shane and Toby and big hugs to the 3 blondies!
At the moment we're in Sydney enjoying a wicked time with Jason and Barrene, it's bloody scorching here everyday! Short but sweet - beach, blue mountains (camping in the bush), Sydney harbour, chocolate fondues with Barrene...
Next Thursday we're off to New Zealand for three weeks - till then...
