Finally tendered. Keep apologising to my supervisor... Pity him.....
But then after he discuss with CIO, he come back and ask me how much if the new job offered. He trying to neg my pay to HR to almost the pay that i was offered to another job, but no gurantee.
alamak. Problem in choosing again......
Haiz.... forget abt thinking.... when the time comes, i should be able to make a decision, i hope?
Tuesday September 28th
Company having mid-autumn celebration during lunch time. they playing games and prizes giving out! There one question that asked us to name and sing a song with the word, "Moon" included.... alamak.... Overall quite fun.On my way back home, saw a guy. seem like he comes from China. ask me to translate his sms to chinese. The content goes like, "Wan to search for partner? Wan to have anynomous fun?" cal this number XXX-XXXX."
Lucky the word never say wan to search for SEX partner? Otherwise, i can forget abt translating to him!
Moday September 27th
Watch a show around 12.45am. Realised that the host nick, "xiao zhu" can be so nice to his partner. Coz I always see him so nasty to her. The most interesting part is his partner fell down and he raise her up in his arm and run to the ending point to reach out for the $10 000. In the end, they lost.
Sunday September 26th
Went to attend wedding dinner. Got lost in the HarborFront centre. Receiptionist wasn't any help at all. Ask her where the resturant is. she asked me if i know which lobby. I replied saying I dun know but i know it is located on the 4th floor. She asked me which lobby. I replied in an angry tone that if i know, i wun need her help anymore. I can just simply search for the direction to the lobby. she's a winner. Instead of replying, i'm sorry, i can't help you if you dun know which lobby. In fact, she said in a more loud and angry tone, "If YOU DUN TELL ME WHICH LOBBY YOU WAN TO TAKE, HOW AM I GOING TO DIRECT U?"
"Forget it".... I left. I rather ask my colleagues for help.
Well, of coz. how can i let the matter rest? She can shout loudly back to customer? oh coolz.... I wrote a complaint letter and it stated:
Dear Person-In-Charge,
I wish to lodge a complaint against a lady who is working as a receptionist on the 26/08/2004 around 8pm plus. Her attitude was bad to the customer.
The incident happens as below:
I was searching for the lobby to get to the Dragon Gate Resturant which is located at the 4th floor. I couldn't get to the resturant and hence, decided to ask for the receptionist. However, her reply was too good that she said to me, "Which lobby to get to the Dragon Gate restuarant?"
If I know the answer, I won't be asking the receptionist, isn't it? What kind of services is this? Ask the receptionist a question and the question was given back to me???? I hope the management will do something to IMPROVE such services. Otherwise, just imagine a foreigner, who needs help in searching for a location, and this type of services is given to them, what will they think?
She shouted back to me without a answer of which lobby i should take to get to Dragon Gate Resturant. What a "good" service she has! If she don't know which lobby to take to Dragon Gate resturant, she could give a short and simple answer such as, "I'm sorry. I can't help you if you don't know which lobby to get thru there." I will be glad if she can said that. A pity, it show how bad a Habour front center service has.
I sincerely hope that the management could do something to this. Such services can be improved.

Saw him on that day. Trying to get attention but failed. trying to talk to my other ex-colleague, hoping he notice me. Failed. But the table was nosiy that day and my another god-brother so nice to help me take out the shell of the prawns. Luckily, his wife wasn't jealous.

Spent $350+ in one day. Visit skin doc cost $250+. have to visit doc in another 2 mths time.
Spent another $200 in one day (can't remember which day). Where's money spent ? In levi shop. Horrible? yes, it is!
PC auto-shut down! Argh! think is virus which can't even be detected by norton anti-virus. Winner~
Friday September 24th
I was on my way back when I saw this 'special' person. Wearing Pink shoes, white t-shirt which show the figure of the body, having 2 pony tails which tied high up in the head and swing as he walked. Yes, this special person is a guy. The staff was laughing off his head. He shakes his buttock as he walks. His feature was a man though he has a small lip. Just one look and u know he is a man, those kind of man who acted in those Iron Lady. For those who watch, you got what i mean.
September Month
Colleagues' birthday. One guy and one gal. Share a cake. Then someone suggested cut the cake together. Another one said, "Ah? you think is wedding ah?"

From tuesday onwards, I have been avoiding the call, "Private Number". I believe it is from that company who might offer me and I am still hesitating to leave or to stay in the present company.
For sure, I love that company. The job scope was really interesting and it is wat i looking for. However, the CEO is ang mo... Might have some difficulty in communicating in future. Wat they wan to do now is to change the present system to PDA stuff. Coolz.... I love dealing with PDA stuff. Of coz, maintaining system will be included which i hate it a lot!
Right now in this company, it was using asp. It wasn't that fun afterall.... ASP.... who doesn't know how ASP code like? And it quite easy to pick up. Though i dun mind doing ASP programming, I just simply hate to maintain or did some changes to existing system.
I like the environment in this present company and dun really like the environment in that company. But the pace in this present company is simply tooooooooooooooooooooo lag! Not my kind of life....... I can't adjust it...... To me, everything must be fast. But when i came here, I realised everything too slow..... simply wasting precious time......
To waste time to me is quite ok provided i get to use MSN, ICQ, games to play. I did this during the time when i was in a small company where i can get to relax provided that i dun get caught. It wasn't tat easy to get caught. But in big company, they tracked everything single thing.... Internet access, emails... etc.....
Life become totally different. It wasn't easy for me to adapt it. The main reason is the life here is too slowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww. And one thing for sure, i can't climb up in this present company.

I still avoiding call till i can make up my decision.
Many things has happened from the moment i fire my boss till today, which is my second day I work in my new company.
Before tendering, I was damn determined to leave. I found a new company, X (Name should be confidental). I was damn eager to cross over as their language they are using are ASP and ASP.Net. The lady is quite friendly but not the guy. They demand a lot of things from me. First, asking me for Letter of Appointment from my previous company. And I was wtf????? Second, they want a letter stating that I am a staff from there. I was thinking, "Wat??? they dun trust me????" And so on.....
I managed to pass these things to them. N then I tendered. As the days stayed in my previous comapany getting lesser and lesser, I couldn't bear to leave them......
I got a call from a company called Y. The first time they called me to arrange interview in the afternoon, I wasn't able to make it. Hence, I am willing to let go without any hestitation as I was thinking, since i already found one job, y bother to waste my leave and go for it?
Fortunately, Y company called me again and this time is in the evening. So i decided to try it out since there is no harm in going for another interview though the appointment letter has been signed.
Before i went into the company, i asked my colleagues in previous company and realised it was a good company! I was damn eager to get into it. Though i was slightly late for around 10 mins and after interview, i was thinking that the chance wasn't that great, my heart sank.
And then, my ex-colleague from my previous company called and i updated her my stituation and realised that she know this X company. she told me all the bad stuff abt this X company. Bad stuff like cannot be in IT Line for dunno how many years or must do OT till late night, etc.... and I become more determined to find another job!
Just 5 days before I left my previous company, another company, Z called me and I went down for interview. After the interview, I received a call from B company and asked if i am interested in their offer. Of coz, i do. Alas, i can dump X company.....
I signed with Y company offically and started work on the 1st sept. I was thinking how should i terminate the letter of appointment with X company? i send an email on the 27th aug, telling them that I will be studying full time and hence, wasn't be commited in work. I expect them to reply to my email but they didn't. Another email was sent out on the 31th aug, asking them to response, but they didn't.
Z company called on the 31 of aug, arranging a second interview on next monday for me with CEO. Coolz.... CEO...
On the 1st sept, I report on work in Y company. they have this orientation, which is abt the company organisation. It was a big company. After i was introduced to each colleague in my division, I finally settled down. Some how, i missed my colleagues at my previous company.... haiz..... I missed the time we all had fun.....
I been waiting for the call from X company to ask me y i didn't report to work. till now, they also never call or even response to my email. Hm... maybe.... maybe i just dun care........ if they dun bother, y should i care?
Hm.... do you guys think that i should go for interview? But i just started work in Y company...... I quite like Y company. But Z company also not bad..... or you think i should go for it and see if they offer me higher pay? Wat do you think? I need some comments....
