Dear Friends, Fellow Club
Members, and Gentle Readers:
I believe that Damages
Statement #5 will speak for itself. I hope each and every one of
you will read it over, think about it, fill it out, and let your
voice, which has been suppressed for many months by fear and
intimidation, be heard.
We fully intend to show that:
The Disney Company was negligent when it allowed the public to
believe that their change in policy regarding restaurant
reservations was even remotely related to activities of the
Clubhouse community.
The Disney Company was well aware that the number of restaurant
reservations in question was insignificant to the total, and they
knew that to imply otherwise was negligent, destructive, and
dangerous to Members of the Readers Clubhouse community.
As a result of malicious negligence on the part of the Disney
Company:
a. they have gravely jeopardized yours and your
family's safety and security at Walt Disney World and and violated
your right to gather peacefully with like-minded individuals in
the Real World;
b. they have compromised entirely your online safety and
security, and violated your right to gather peacefully online with
like-minded individuals;
c. they have tacitly sanctioned the illegal actions of
Disney-Vigilante "enforcers," who, believing themselves to be
anonymous, have egregiously violated both your civil and
constitutional rights.
d. they have collaborated in the destruction of your online
community of five-plus years of peaceful harmony, along with the
entirety of your intellectual property, injuring more than 10,000
individuals.
We further intend to show that:
The Disney Company was fully aware that the flurry of carbon
copy emails they received complaining about Readers Clubhouse
community activities came from known Hater-Vigilante "enforcers,"
along with those from a public duped by inflammatory lies about the
activities of the Clubhouse Community that were published both
online and in the Orlando Sentinel.
The Disney Company's panic to quickly mollify "public
perception" of Clubhouse community activities, which they knew to be
based on malicious lies, blinded them to the long-term consequences
of this disastrous blunder.
The Disney Company knowingly participated in the propagation of
malicious innuendo, using Orlando Sentinel employee Robert Johnson
to defame and slander the Readers Clubhouse community, in order to
destroy it.
The Disney Company acquiesced (not for the first time) to the PR
extortion demanded by the Disney Vigilante "enforcers," by changing
their reservation policy (and implying that the change had to do
with Clubhouse activities) to appease these hacktivists, who
successfully forced their own political and hate agenda on Disney.
In "paying" this extortion fee (out of fear of what the Disney
Vigilantes could do to public perception) the Disney Company was
fully aware that they would destroy their most viable competitor to
their own guidebook to Walt Disney World.
In "paying" this extortion fee (out of fear of what the Disney
Vigilantes could do to public perception) the Disney Company was
fully aware that they would destroy the most viable Disney vacation
consumer group that was sensibly focused on the business affairs of
Walt Disney World and the Disney Company.
The Disney Company, furthermore, allowed and even encouraged
their employees to harass and discriminate against RCH community
members in order to protect themselves and to cover up their
negligence toward customer safety, as well as to cover up their
antitrust crimes against Aero and Associates.
Now it's your turn. Tell
us, on statement #5, what you think about what Disney did to
you, your family, your online community, and your feelings of
personal safety and security.
