Greetings Ladies and
Gentlemen:
My name is Bill Stanton, and I am here as a consultant to help
coordinate legal matters related to the Readers Clubhouse (RCH).
Part of my job is to help you think about and recognize injuries and
injustices that you may have suffered as a result of the attacks on,
and destruction of, your community.
By far, the greatest damage done to you as individuals, was
done through the violation of several of your constitutional
rights. After as many as five years as a peaceful happy
community, you are now afraid to speak, afraid to gather, and
fearful of your safety. Many of you have been discriminated against
and harassed in the real world.
No one is permitted to pursue their rage and hate toward you
or your community by violating your constitutional rights. And any
entity, publisher, competitor, or entertainment company that
participates in the heinous crimes that have been committed against
you, may be obligated to pay for these crimes and make restitution
to you for what you have suffered.
By filling out the Club
Member Damages Statements, you are in no way involved in a
legal action. No lawsuits have been filed yet, and certainly no one
can involve you without your consent. The Damages Statements,
however, serve to alert everyone involved that there are victims of
a number of serious crimes.
Rita Aero is particularly interested in those who have been
victimized by the crimes that took place in the RCH, because she
plans to see that those who were hurt enough to fill out the Damages
Statements are financially compensated for the injuries done to them
on her website. This is a personal obligation that she takes on
because that is the kind of person that she is. But I am sure that
most of you already know that.
Damage Statement #4 and #5 are particularly important in this
regard, and we hope you'll take the time to look them over and
perhaps conduct some of your own investigation into what was done to
you through the malicious misuse of the publishing media.
As always, please give some thought to your experiences as you
answer the questions, and if you have any supporting Documents,
please take the time to paste them in.
I cannot speak about the criminal side of the RCH events, but you
really should ignore the taunts from people wondering why there have
been no arrests. These types of crime investigations are conducted
in the same way an organized-crime ring might be investigated. Be
patient and enjoy the show when it begins.
