Hi Folks!
Our final project here in
the Switchboard is to give you the opportunity to describe your
injuries and damages that were caused by the attack on and
destruction of your community.
Due to some unusual
discoveries in your Crime Reports (THANK YOU SO MUCH!) we will be
starting a day or so later than expected. The good news is that
there are now only seven areas of damage to address. We've tried to
make the forms short and easy to fill out.
The categories
include:
Degraded Member Experience
Harassment and Threats
Intimidation and Fear
Supression and/or Denial of Your Rights
Discrimination or Fear of Discrimination
Safety Concerns and Real World Harassment
Emotional and Psychological Distress
Each category is a
simple online worksheet with three to four questions. You can
elaborate as much as you like. Some questions may not apply and you
can skip those.
Each category worksheet has an Evidence Box
where you can paste supporting documents, if you have them.
Each category worksheet will ask for your name, Stage Name,
and an email address. (You'll want to keep these consistent so that
we can combine all of your claims.)
