Club Member Damages Statement #6 is Hot, Hot
Hot!
Damages Statement #6 is an easy and
informative piece of work and by far, the most interesting of all.
It is our first departure from the Civil investigation of the
Damages Statements. In order to supply the FBI with the type of
evidence they requested after our last meeting, we've added this new
Damages Statement regarding hate-crimes. (This will bring the number
of Damages Statements up to Seven in all.)
In Damages Statement #6, we look at how the suspects under
investigation have used the deplorable terrorist bombings of
September 11th, 2001 to convince people across the Internet to
blindly despise Club Members and to potentially do them physical
harm in the real world as a result.
The FBI has also asked us for details about a serious crime that
has taken place since August 13th (when we were asked to close the
Clubhouse due to death threats against ourselves and fellow Club
Members): Several suspects have repeatedly attempted to frighten or
threaten our Club Members in order to prevent them from making
statements about the Federal crimes that they witnessed, or were
victims of, since April 2002.

Damages Statement #7 -- Estimating the Cost to
You!
Club Member Damages Statement #7 (The last
one, I promise you!) will explore the denial of service that AOL
Members may have suffered during periods of April and May 2002,
while the Clubhouse was under physical attack from outside,
non-community, hacktivists, who were dumping hate posts in our
forums. Statement #7 will also look at changes in your outlook and
feelings of safety on the Internet.
Unique to Damages Statement #7, we will look at the actual
costs you must incur to return to your prior levels of safety
that allowed you to speak/post freely and gather with like-minded
friends, without being attacked or discriminated against. We will
explore the costs of identity security and strategies you will need
to protect you and your family from threats and harassment.
Don't miss this one! These are costs that you should NOT pay
out of your own pocket.

Crime Fighter Update
Dear Friends, Fellow Club
Members, and Gentle Readers:
I am very pleased to let you
know that several Club Members are flying in as delegates for our
next meeting with the FBI this coming week.
I want all of you
to know that we are doing everything we can to end, forever, the
reign of terror you've endured on the Internet and in the Real
World, and to return your Civil and Constitutional rights to you.
When our job is done, you will reclaim:
Your right to gather peacefully within your own community
without being attacked, harassed, and assaulted by
outsiders.
The right to post to your own community message boards without
your message boards being viscously attacked and defaced by
outsiders.
The right to travel to Walt Disney World without fear of
discrimination by Disney employees or fear of unprovoked assault by
strangers.
The right to freely access your online community and not have
your access repeatedly blocked by hacktivist attacks against our
servers.
We will be handing over to the FBI stacks and
stacks of evidence relating to all the questions on the Six Damages
Statements, as well as evidence of serious crimes committed by
Disney Vigilantes, which was gathered by our MIB research team and
Club Member volunteers.
We will keep you informed every
single step of the way to victory and every single step closer to
the defeat of those who violated your personal liberty, stole your
civil rights, and destroyed your intellectual property.
I'm
very sorry this has been so long in coming, and that thousands of
you have had to put up with six months of relentless harassment,
emotional turmoil, and terror.
(Unfortunately, you will see
an explosion of vicious hate posts this coming week. This will occur
because the people who believe that they have committed these crimes
are absolutely terrified. In order to bolster their morale, they
will produce posts filled with furious hate and insane bravado. Just
ignore them. If they broke the laws of this nation, they will be
punished for what they have done. And if they didn't break the law,
what are they making so much noise about? Huh? We all know why,
dont we?)
The Hater Vigilantes are now part of the past --
but they will not be part of the future.
The future

It you have not filled out the Club
Member Damages Statements yet, we urge you to do so. You
will be compensated for the loss of your community or any
aggravation you have suffered as a result of the crimes against the
Readers Clubhouse Community. And, I, personally would like to hear
about how you feel and what you experienced so that I can make sure
that that happens!
Now, more than ever before, you will be able to see
clearly into people's true character, as you observe their reactions
to what has happened here.
Pay careful attention.

decency in others.
