Pre-purchase inspection by a licensed veterinarian may be made prior to purchase at Buyer's expense.
Cost of Coggins and Health Certificates are the responsibility of the Buyer.
A deposit of 25% is required to hold any horse.
Paypal is accepted with a 3% surcharge. Personal checks must clear bank before horse leaves.
Upon receipt of deposit, horse will be kept free of board for 14 days at Seller's expense.
Board will be charged at $5 per day for horses left more than 14 days.
Upon receipt of deposit, Buyer is responsible for all vet and farrier expenses.
Please note that all deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied towards the purchase of another horse.
