Conclusion

Through this grant writing experience, it is my hope that students will exhibit program support, participation, and successful implementation and thus gain an understanding of organizational behavior theories & interventions, change theories, teamwork, negotiation, and conflict management. In addition, the students will gain confidence and a feeling of satisfaction in their abilities to serve their community.
