These chemicals are often deadly to aquatic life so must be removed before any organism is released into the water.
How is it used?
Use the product to treat water when ever setting up a new aquarium (mind you water cycling should also be carried out) and whenever changing or adding water to the aquarium.
Depending on the particular product different dosages should be used. Read the directions on the container carefully.
Volume Calculations:
To calculate the water volume of your aquarium measure the length x width x height (of water). Measure in cm and divide by 1000 for litres.
