Day 17
Ok, No change in weight. Ok with it. Ate exact as Day 1... Phase 1, Fruit Breakfast, 2 fruits and brown rice lunch, 2 fruits and brown rice dinner.

I actually am not hungry or craving anything in between.

Here is The good news. ..... !!

Grandson was here all day and he is a junk food eater. He is very hyper so he runs it off fast. He had donuts and all kinds of stuff. I said, "Nope" don't want any when he offered to share. Something I have never done before is to turn down 'junk food'

Don't give up now Ms. Bunny!! You have been doing terrifically!! It is important that you keep in mind that once you are past the first few days of dizzy weight loss that weight loss slows down A LOT. That is when you need patience. Weigh yourself only weekly not every day! Don't expect daily losses. Having expectations that are set too high can be very discouraging. I always tell myself that it's going to take 7-10 days per pound and I quit watching the scale. Just get back to it Ms. Bunny!
