Ok, No change in weight. Ok with it. Ate exact as Day 1... Phase 1, Fruit Breakfast, 2 fruits and brown rice lunch, 2 fruits and brown rice dinner.
I actually am not hungry or craving anything in between.

Grandson was here all day and he is a junk food eater. He is very hyper so he runs it off fast. He had donuts and all kinds of stuff. I said, "Nope" don't want any when he offered to share. Something I have never done before is to turn down 'junk food'
