Weight at new Digital scales: 250
Weight on dr scales: 247 sooooo I guess my old dial scales are wrong wrong wrong. Because the Dr scales put me at what I THOUGHT I started at. Dang... I was so so so so much heavier than I thought :::::((((
My old original scales have me at 235 !! I LIKE THAT NUMBER... :::)))))
Ate same as Day 1, Phase 1, no exceptions.
The GOOD GOOD GOOD News is I feel better. !!!
I have NOT cheated one time. We have had picnics in family, the family did a movie night with popcorn and snacks, NO way, I said NO NO NO and I did not hunger for that crap.
Also, I do no have sugar cravings. I don't understand it, cause I used to crave candy bars and well anything.
Sorry I have been not posting but my daughter had a little medical problem, she just got out of hospital from a major operation, and I was at her house.
On to the facts. Today is Day 8 and I am still sticking STRICT to the Rice Diet, Phase 1.
I measured yesterday, the 1 week anniversary of my starting and the good news is I have lost in every area. Not a huge amount but a little less is a little less.
The biggest loss was in my mid belly, my waist and fat roll under my waist.
Mid Belly was 52, now 50 1/2
Waist: was 53, now 51
Lower waist, fat roll was 58 1/2, now 57
Hips was 53 1/2 now 52
Almost all others were like 1/2 inch except my calf which went up so I think I may have measured different. :::(((((
Anyway, I weighed at my daughter's dr's scales, which dr scales are supposed to be accurate. I weighted less than my new digial scales but more than my original scales. So now I am totally confused. But like Tina said, it is better measured by the clothes and the measureing tape.
