Dubrish has been informed by certified mail that his refusal to answer the documents and show cause why OPTION ONE claims that their VIEW is correct, is now beyond the TIME ALLOWED under the CODE. He thus has stated by his REFUSAL TO ANSWER that OPTION ONE is wrong and that they have VIOLATED OUR RIGHTS. He has by his NON ACTION stated that HE AND OPTION ONE ARE LIABLE FOR ALL DAMAGES AND LOSSES.
WE INTEND TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST OPTION ONE and its PRINCIPAL Dubrish.

READ THE FEDERAL RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURES RULE 36 ON THOSE THAT DO NOT ANSWER CERTIFIED DOCUMENTS. BY THIS STATEMENT, AND THE FACT OF LAW, THIS DOCUMENT SHALL BE PROOF THAT NO FORECLOSURE HAS EVER OCCURRED AND ALL MONEY DUE OPTION ONE WAS PAID IN FULL.

Numerous documents have been sent to OPTION ONE and it’s CEO Dubrish, however In MY OPTION ONE Dubrish doesn’t have the BALLS to answer them.

OPTION ONE REFUSES TO PRODUCE DOCUMENTS THAT UNDER THE LAW THEY MUST DO OR FACE LEGAL ACTION.

THE UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE AND THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION, state that THEM MUST PROVIDE THE DOCUMENTS REQUESTED TO PROVE THEIR POSITION. THEY CAN NOT. THEY REFUSE TO PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION ON THEIR ACTIONS.
OPTION ONE HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT THEY MUST SHOW THE DOCUMENST THEY CLAIM TO HAVE REGARDING ANY ACTION AGAINST THE PROPERTY. THIS NOTICE WAS SENT TO THEIR CEO Robert Dubrish, by CERTIFIED MAIL RETURN RECEIPT, A UCC 3-505 COUNTER DEMAND WAS ALSO SENT TO Dubrish.
