Well yesterday I tried to clean up some files and condense them... What happened was I lost all the pictures in the files... Had backup at Shutterfly..... They're not pictures that are important but you don't like losing them ha ha....

Was on the Bus and I spoke to the Bus driver mentioning that I was just passing the Time riding the Bus.... And I thought maybe riding around gets you an advantage over time if maybe just a minute amount...?

Saw "The Last Legion" yesterday and thought it was pretty good.... Anything to do with King Arthur is always of worth in my opinion and that of a host of others....

So I look at TV sometimes.... News in the mornings, and in the evenings I usually put in in the fighting channel.... I prefer the full contact fights... Sometimes the fighters aren't very evenly matched.... I find that a bit boring.....

Saw a gal I've seen around for years but have never spoke with.... I actually speak to very few people... Anyway She's no young chick anymore but She was in heals and a short short something on.... Her legs, besides having a tatoo which I am no fan of, were long and musculer which was very becoming for a short person.... I saw grit and guts and I lack both ha ha.... Tons of hype is what the stock market is about for most of us.... Especially today with day trading and cheap online brokers...
What we have is a market that goes up over the long haul.... And the value stocks go up with the market.... And value investors usually make money over a period of time....

On a daily basis, the stocks swing from 1/2 a point to 1 or 2 or more points in either direction.... But most of the day it is a fluctation of the price which day traders take advantage of to make small profits.... However to do this you need practice, patience, speed, luck, and so on....

Here the volume and hype and rumor and everything else comes into play for short moments of the day in which the traders do their best to make a small profit in either direction.... Some say this is good for the market as it stabilizes the stocks to a certain degree or something....?

Anyway there is no get rich easy or quick scheme in today's stock market.... Years ago I would guess a day trader had advantages that He wouldn't have today.... And in these volatile market's, every advantage helps...

So my latest thing is operating the computer with my legs straight out on a foot rest.... It really pulls at the inside of the rear of the knee.... I'am keeping it up as I walk and play better afterwords....

Swam this morning.... Just a few laps and slowly, as I needed to catch the Bus right away.... But it was refreshing... Shot some hoops last night.... Was a bit lame from stretching yesterday but it was mostly from the hamstrings tightening up again O(*___*)O

Not really pushing the physical exercise right now.... Maybe never again like before.... But I keep active and hopefully enough exercise to stay fit and strong...

Not sure if I've written this before but if your bored with google another way to search is to write your search words into google images and then try the different image sites for whatever your interested... At least you will have a picture to look at.... O(*___*)O

And I've wrote this somewhere before too, but go to view tool bars at the top and diable all the tool bars and use file open and copy and paste addresses.... Makes a bigger window to look at also shows you don't need the tool bars....

I am a new senior citizen and I've been using a foot rest lately to keep my hamstrings from staying tight.... I find it is better for me to keep my legs straight out while sitting rather than not as I've done most of my days.... So far I can walk easier and feel better after using the foot rest while on the computer....

Swam this morning, I was stiff all over and did slow movements in the beginning.... But a lap doing the crawl exhausts me... So I need to buil up my effort endurance and number of laps ha ha....

Also did some stretching, overhead bar work, hanging and pull ups etc... Walked up and down the steps... Some basketball... Just overall exercising and nothing too much... At 65 I guess I need to take it easy but don't stop completely...

And a pep talk.... Pep talks are good for us once in awhile.... We need to hear the truth in a World full of almost true things etc... To do something with your life instead of blaming others... And here it is....

This morning I was glancing at TV and drinking coffee between exercises at the YMCA and there was a documentary about Birds.... As I watched it showed the sandpippers waiting for a north wind to begin flying South for the winter...

This was around the end of July way up there in the Artic regions... So the Hawks or Falcons would find a warm updraft and climb up to around 10,000 feet and then glide effortlessly until it was time to look for another warm upcurrent and they would ride that up again to as high as they were able I suppose....

Now the Snow Geese and ducks etc, they flap their wings for forever as they use muscle and energy to travel the great distances South in their migration rituals.... O(*___*)O

Middle of the week again.... Ate fish sticks in Louisana hot sauce with tomato juice and a soft roll.... Was ok.... Still addicted to playing around with music files.... Suspect I'd be better off doing something else ha ha....

Good exercise this morning as I feel a bit stiff and wasted today ta da.... Truth is I need to keep it up to be in good health and able to function normally... But I sit all day and then find it difficult to get up and walk after a few hours... Such is the blight of a sedatary life...

Was going to say listen people a couple of times, sort of like the nasdaq uy on youtube.... The breathing of fresh air.... I'am outdoors and even out there if there isn't a breeze I can feel the difference in my breathing.... Seems to get a stuffy nose and bad air or my own breath blowing back, I don't know.... I am at the mercy of the pest stuff they spray everywhere to keep bugs at bay....

Then there are the indoor people sleeping all night with the a/c on or not.... They get whatever leaches out of all the man made stuff in the room etc... Breeze, forget it except that from the a/c.... Som may leave windows and doors open which is better in my opinion than sleeping with them closed....

Gal on the bus with long hair and maybe still wet some mornings....? And I notice Her hair.... Nice.... Others have hair too.... Me I shave my head... Watched an elderly woman pull a long strand of hair off Her clothes.... Might have been Her own, or not....

Might have rambled about this before... Hey shave your bod hair off.... The head hair is probably enough as that's where most hair is.... It gets dirty... It comes loose and gets in others face, food, clothing and everywhere.... Not very often but once is enough to make a person scream ha ha....

The ancient Egyptians shaved their heads, I think.... And they were doing big things like conquering the World and building stone pyramids that are unequaled even today.... So I would think that they had a good reason for shaving their heads....

Food....
That old saying eat to live.... However way you look at it People eat themselves to death or to unhealthy lifestyles.... Eating a big meal at any time is just wrong.... Snacking should be the rule rather than the wrong thing to do....

We all tend to overeat anyway.... So the big table full of food isn't a blessing in disguise.... And we eat the wrong stuff a lot.... A banana is ok.... But a T-bone steak probably isn't except maybe for your teeth and gums for exercise....? I ate a yogurt this morning.... Was good and has magneasium in it.... I overeat a lot so I need practice in snacking... Just a small portion of something and a lot of fluids and then keep going and eat again later....

Went to lunch and saw a bug in the Bus shelter where I ate my lunch.... Shady and easy to catch the Bus back ha ha.... Anyway I've got full batteries, so I load the camera and put it on Macro and take some pictures.... Was on my knees trying to get a close up....

Later I thought if I put the bug on my hand I could take better pictures and my fingers would be in the picture holding the bug too.... A more interesting picture I thought.... So I picked up th bug and the was trying to get my camer turned on and everything and the bug flew away.... He was a good camouflage bug so I couldn't find Him again ha ha...

The list of radio stations I had mostly don't seem to work this morning... Back to the original folk station which is dependable ha ha.... A radio station is my favorite choice as I dislike hearing the same songs over and over again with a few exceptions...

Ought to return to the Y and do something more... Best bet would have been bring my gym clothes and try another Y... But I didn't do that....

Read about the action in China with peoples making big monies for the 1st time in their lives.... Sort of a miracle I suspect... If all the action is over there than that might account for the slowdown here in the States....?

Put my picture on the background list then took it off.... Figure too much of Me isn't that good ha ha.... Haven't taken any pictures for awhile... Charging the batteries just in case though.... Today, at the Bus stop, I saw a mini go by with a gal driving and She was sitting in the passangers seat ta da.... The steering wheel was on the right side instead of on the left... Probably from England I suppose....?

Anyway it would have made a great picture.... News is never good.... Young guy killed on a motorcycle this weekend as were a couple of guys in a car that hit a tree.... Tragedy everywhere.... No one knows when it will strike... I'am 65 now and I can sense the alien that I am to so many others.... Even other old people I find a bit unsafe to bother being around... Not to mention the flood of bigger people whom are a physical threat to me everywhere I go....

Wish I had some answers.... Just a hodge podge of stuff everywhere with no order or anything.... My outlook isn't even wanted anywhere, which I don't blame anyone for.... Suspect if I were young I too wouldn't want an old person writing stuff on the internet and/or being heard and visible anywhere....

And the truth is I really haven't anything to say... My life is waining fast and I can't stop it... So I really don't enjoy anytrhing or anyone that much anymore.... As for doing anything I really haven't much of a yean for doing anything.... In most cases I've been there and/or done that and mostly it just isn't worth the effort....

To see a bull fight might be something I might do if I ever get the chance.... Yet I can probably see it on TV or on utube here on the internet.... Years ago when I was young W e pulled into a Spanish port in Spain and they put on a Bull Fight for the crews of the Ships visiting.... I passed it up as Bull fighting wasn't that important to me.... It still isn't but I would like to say, if the occasion ever arises, that yea I went to a Bull Fight ha ha....

Writing is fun... You can really get into it and say your stuff.... And probably some poor person will read it too ha ha... But what other way to pass on to anyone what it was like while you were here....

Swam this morning for awhile.... Didn't even pull the goggles down over my eyes.... Usually they leak and fog up so I kept my head up out of the water this morning... Only 2 of us in the pool so it was a nice swim...

Nothing new today... Swam at the YMCA this morning but not very long.... I am hungry so I think I'll go get a bite to eat...
I was thinking how so many of our big companies have left the States to go elsewhere where the labor is cheaper... That signals the ending of prosperty and greatness I would guess...? Now 3rd World countries are becoming richer and We must be getting poorer....?

One sure thing that this does is slow down inflation around here.... Less monies means a poor area I should think...? Anyway I can't expect Americans to work for nothing..
But I do remember being in a Salvation Army rehab where We worked all week for an 8 dollar gratuity and room and board.... Was ok because the food was great and there was no commuteing and we had a recreation lobby and free tickets to some of the civic center events...

And the week is almost over already.... Looking at a blog I saw that DISCA on utube got 68,000 hits... So I watched it... Ok, and the last part is rather interesting and amusing and probably why it was so active...

Like I thought of going to the beach early and swimming, walking and taking pictures of what the tides had left on the beach... But my camera batteries need charged before I do that and I only have this place to charge them... O well eventually I'll get that part of me together I suppose... Once I go to the beach I'll make a habit of it, because that's what I usually do...

Well I've put a picture of myself here because the Sun is shining on my face and I haven't any other pictures that I want to put here....
Flea market today... A ton of peoples there... Ate a cheese burger and a coffee.... And got a pair of tennis shoes... Good exercise walking around a flea market if you don't walk a lot.... Probably walking is the most useful thing that lots of people can do rather than just continue sitting....

Saw "Perfect Stranger" yesterday with Bruce Willis and thought it was ok.... He's coming out with another Die Hard movie also.... "Pathfinder" is also playing now and it should be worth seeing.... Probably go tomorrow...?

Saw this bumper sticker and liked it enough to stop and take a picture... Also discovered that my camera when it is in it's bag and also inside my gym bag accidently gets the on button pushed so that is why my camera batteries are always going dead all the time... So I have to solve that problem next...

Wow, this Month went fast... Was thinking last night, how could anyone not want to sleep outside on a night like this.... There's the almost full moon.... Jet airliners flying to and fro and local helicopters plus birds... With the warm temperatures it is a pleasure to be outside as opposed to being indoors all the time....

The truth is that almost everyone stays indoors all night every night.... The miss watching Orion in its march across the Zodiac.... Remember as a youngster seeing Saturn in the constellation of Scorpius and then a few years ago seeing it there again after almost 30 years....
Saturn takes 29 and 1/2 years to circle the Sun...
I can't believe that 100 of thousands of peoples around here stay indoors so much.... Our roots are with the animals that lived outdoors 24/7.... I do believe that to do otherwise is to do yourself a disservice if not actual harm.... I thought, the Indians in tropics probably all lived outdoors... Even their shelters were open all the time just a roof to keep dry from rains....

A smoky teepee was probably right for older people and women and children, but I find it difficult to believe that the younger males stayed in teepees all the time... Even sleeping there was probably when it was cold or raining etc.... Other times a blanket and the stars must have been a treat...? Well enough of my conjecture ha ha...

Camera ran out of juice after 30 pictures.... Probably didn't charge it enough.... Takes a good while with this trickle charger I read.... Also the batteries might be close to their end....?

Smoking.... Was it ever a good idea.... Remember my 1st camel cigarette.... I got dizzy and went over and sat down against the wall with my head spinning around.... After that of course I was a smoker and bought a carton of camels... Later I went to lucky strikes which was what my Dad smoked... And finally I went to Pall Mall because they lasted longer....

Years later I was rolling my own cigarettes using top and bugler tabacco.... Was an experience and I wasn't alone.... Even purchased thru mail order a machine that rolled 4 pall mall size cigarettes in one roll.... And finally I tried to quit and that was almost an impossible thing to do.... Getting over dring and smoke seemed to occupy most of my middle years.... I'd quit both then pick up one and of course they went together so I picked up the other vice...

Eventually after 1000's of AA meetings and I'am not exaggerating, I stopped drinking and smoking and I haven't done those things again.... I'am grateful that I got stopped and sad that I ever was such a fool over drink and tobacco.... Anyway I saw this laying on the ground and I took a picture.... One of the quit smoking companies trying to help you help yourself...
