Was looking thru old pictures and saw this one from about a year ago and noticed the bargain price... Well now they would be 1.99 or more... Good times pass I guess..? Every morning this one Albertson's store had a rack full of their day old bakery stuff... Could get a pie for 1.99 then ta da... O("_____")O

But they closed along with all the others except two stores.... They aren't as bargain generous but you can still get 4 cinammin rolls on sale for a dollar at least this week ha ha...

It has been awhile since I've written... Life is simple here... Exercise, food, rest and computer mostly... Amazing when you remember how you started out a bit blank and had some sort of blurry hope in the future.. Gets really blurry for a lot of us.. Lots of pit falls along the way...

For a lot of young people the War in the Islamic countries tries us to a bone... And We are all just flesh and BONES... In every generation there is strife and abysses to avoid and lucky are those that succede...

I assume in some cultures or groups that death is taught to be just another door and not important enough for their concern...? So, I can't comment on other opinions because I wouldn't listen with an open mind if my beliefs were under attack... Also even knowiong that your side or group wasn't right doesn't change the fact that you had better do like everyone else does to keep your self safe and secure...

I do trivial things now... Great things aren't the concern of the average Man anyway unless your really gifted or really lucky... Lately I have these thoughts that I find humorous and amusing... I wouldn't think them funny maybe years ago...? Anyway i remember in the bars how people would sit and laugh at countless things that came up in conversations...

I've never shared these times with others but I'm sure they must be the greatest of times in this here life of ours....? To laugh at yourself and at things you always thought to be of great importance is a sign of maturity or of reaching that age where difference isn't important and sameness isn't either... It's the twilight years so to speak....

Why am I talking this crap for anyway...? Just to fill this page up with something I guess...

I think we all have seen and heard of the 3 gorges Dam in China... This is a huge work progect that will provide energy and water and stuff... Also it covers up a lot of area with waters... Also there is an impact on the present fisheries in the rivers etc... But Man can do these great collosal achievements and reap the energy results for decades to come... Also there is a negative side to it that i know nothing about and maybe it is in the future...?

However, like the pyramids of egypt the 3 gorges dam will be a great thing to see in years to come...
And so enough of Me today ha ha...

Day Trading

What's happening..? Not much anymore... Whatever reasons I had to be action have passed and are about forgotten... I'm saying that the twilight years are just as bad as they look... UGH ha ha....

Saw a picture of a Frog so I'm putting it here for lack of anything else... I like beach pictures better but I've nothing close up to view... The picture stuff is a big time waster like a lot of other things... Of course it's just easy to say, opps another time waster...

Making something more than what it really is is better than just saying something like O WOW This Really S*%#@!....
I'm at a beach area and congested in the Winter time... Crime is going on at an alarming rate here... Almost dangerous to come here I think... Traffic is bad and worse I've seniors that shouldn't be driving and drunkards that are running around for one reason or another...

The well to do showing up with plenty of monies and a local population that just might resent their luck doesn't help things either.... So greed and need clash with wealth and privelege to a point that crime is the result in my opinion... And if you don't think so watch the Tampa Bay News on TV and see 1st hand the daily tragedy as it unfolds.... But 1st, how about this Toad... Nothing like a good toad.... O(~_____~)O

Put the mirror effect on this picture and it looks like a flood... Well the World is still turning and that's good... Bean soup in an hour... Should shoot some hoops before the place closes... I'll exercise then take 2 days off... Not the same as working every day and getting exercise that way... Even people on their feet do better than I do... O(*_____*)O

Spending my time on Twitter like a lot of others I guess....? Got too an interesting site because it was about a small town somewhere in the hills and forests somewhere... Was in another language but I looked at the pictures... Anyway I found it interesting.... Got Me into panarama pictures that were ok but nothing I want to fool with at least not now...

Adversity seems to hover around Me a lot... Wonder if I'm alone or not in that area...?

Hungry... Guess I'll go eat somewhere... Full of boneless spareribs from the China place where I ate yesterday...

End of July already... Time marches on and is the true equalizer... Life is so short and yet we waste time and/or use it to the negative side of everything...
Watched a guy from Madison Wisconsin on a runners world video... I went thru Madison once or twice and maybe rode the city Bus or not...? Lots of cold there compared to down here in Florida...
Also a different lifestyle... Anyway I'm rambling and lost for ideas ha ha...
National Geographic says a new largest cave has been found over in south east asia... And I saw a lot of electric cars on ebay but steep prices....
I don't know you hear and read and you don't know... I have been having problems as most seniors also have... Remember hearing when I was younger about senior constipation... Or that's what they talked about... Well it is real enough... Too much inactivity and eating too much and not drinking enough fluids all get involved... Almost complicated ha ha....

So exercise drink plenty of fluids and eat freash stuff and stuff with fiber...
I had to sit and drink fluids on the john for long periods of time because I went all day without drinking much... I use to be a drunk.... That might have something to do with it also... Back then I got enough fluids... But I sure had a ton of other problems....

Hungry... Ate sweet rolls at 5 am and corn chips and sausa a couple of hours ago, so I think I'll go get something to snack on.... O("_____")O

A spoonbill again also had a gator but I've had both pictured here a lot.... Not much to say.... Twitter is the big thing because it is easy fast and fun... Tons of stuff on the internet so being bored isn't easy to do ha ha.... But you can get sick of just sitting not to mention how unhealthy prolonged sitting is....

Think I'll get out of here... Just ate 2 burittos that were pretty good and only a buck...

Here I am at the beach... Notice the hat and what it says.... A small step in helping those addicted to smoking.... O("_____")O

Also as you can see the tide is out so what I did was kneel in the shallow waters and exercise my knees.... Even tried walking on my knees.... The constant movement of the water was good at stretching my leg muscles.... I was sort of just relaxing with my feet resting in the sand and I felt what I think was a crab start to clamp onto my foot.... But I moved away fast...

Another picture I would have liked to have put here but there were people in the picture so I diodn't do so....
Read an article and watched a video of a couple raising Apaca's out west... Really an interesting animal that most of us here in the States aren't familiar with.... Haven't seen a lot of them like We have cows and horses etc....

Well I downloaded pictures yesterday and here's my friendly snail...
Nothing much else except that I enjoyed the swim at the beach Sunday Morning... Water was great....

Went to the Bird Santuary on the beach a couple of weeks ago and took a few pictures... Liked the Owl, as you don't get a chance to take their pictures much....
Weather has been hot down here in Florida.... Overcast and rain the last couple of days.... Just rains in random places throughout the State and only for a short time... Which is nice and also cooling....

Nothing mind boggling that I know of... MJ and SF died which is saddening as they were both young and still able to do things...
Ate a pint of vanella ice cream with peanuts outside a little while ago.... So you can see what's important in my life... Was good as the warm temps melted the stuff as I consumed it...
One of the Oil companies is coming out with an electric car.... They also are into batteries that will power the car.... So their monies are looking into the future as gasoline will eventually run amouk....

I sit on the john reading and drinking lots of water which after awhile acts like a physic and helps clean Me out.... I am not on the heavy side yet I eat with abandon so the water and sitting there helps.... I mention this as I see people's in terrible straits about their weight problems...

Well tomorrow begins the month of June.... O("_____")O
And last night was the saying Goodby from Jay Leno on the Tonight show.... I watched Johnny Carson a bit years ago but I wasn't able to watch Jay Leno much.... Just not a tonight show guy I guess....
