The harassment by the Chris Borrow family and friends network continues with the voice to skull transmutations, the electronic attacks to my computer, and my body and all of their other little scams and criminal activities. These people are something else folks, and must feel they are untouchable for some reason.

Who is protecting these folks and for what reason? Why is it they are allowed to run amuck in our community and commit all the different crimes they commit? Are they really an organized crime family like they want me and others to believe? Is it John Borrows contacts inside the Dallas DOJ? There must be a reason, but what?

I went to sleep about 2200hrs last night and was awaken twice with the electronic attacks. First time was at 2230 hours and I managed to get back to sleep pretty quickly. The second time was at 0045hrs and was after another attempt to scare me with an induced dream. These people just do not know when to quit.

In tonight's induced dream, I was inside a residence, in a room with others, and a dog appeared. (I should mention here that they did a much better job of hiding their faces this time as there was only a glimpse). This dog is collie and is described in earlier post. The dog walked into the room, looked around, tail wagging, head hung low in submission, saw the person (female) that was holding the video recorder used to shot this production, walk across the room to her and stood up to examine the camera and its operator.

This was obvious due to the fact that the camera operator had to move the camera since the dog was trying to lick it or her and then came a shot of the floor. At this point the production ended, and as always I awoke laughing at their stupid ass for the total incompetence in their harassment techniques used with myself.

Then came the V2K that was correlating with this sick type of attack and the fact that I was writing down notes from this attack. In the background conversation was the comments about wither or not I had seen her dog before and the female is asking this question, when the reply came from one of the males that yes, he has seen your dog and even wrote about it.

Ah, so sad, I almost feel the need to cry for her stupid ass, don’t the rest of you? (Laughing) People, don’t really believe I would cry for her, as I myself would not piss on any one of these sick individuals if they were on fire.

0700hrs, I awake once again with the electronic attacks to my body. Once again my eyes are full of what I call eye snot, and my vision seems more blurred every day. This mornings attack is directed at my heart and is obvious a temper tantrum in progress, v2k correlating with this and seems to be due to the fact they once again showed their family pet in their harassment activities. This attack towards my heart made my left peck jump about 7 times real fast and then the burning sensation set in.

I don’t understand why their incompetence should be my problem, but it seems they are making it my problem. The v2k correlates with this attack and over heard once again is the comment “I’ll f*** him up so bad”, I did not listen or pay attention to the rest as I have heard this many times, and I assume they were meaning with their electronic weapons, since they have not only ran from me on foot but also tried to run me over with their car more then once.

0725hrs. While going on-line the electronic attack to my computer is very intense and once again my mouse ball has the feeling of being stuck or glued, and while trying to roll the ball the entire mouse assembly moves. This is a common occurrence for me, that is they attack my system as to keep me from working on-line.

Now why is it that this family of criminals has this type of equipment? And who is responsible for giving it to them? From the sound of the background conversations, it is Chris.

0806hrs. The background conversation is about, they fear an investigation is underway and how Chris will be fired as a result of their game playing activities. Now is it Chris or John Borrow they are referring to being fired I wonder? It is my understanding that Chris Sr. is dead, and Chris Jr. is in prison on drug chargers. I could be mistaken though and feel this requires to be looked in to further.

1107hrs. ERROR 0E: 0177: BFF8E64B
The above is the error message that appears when they crash my system, which they just did and forced me to once again shut off the power supply in order to regain control. I wonder what kind of thrill they get when doing this? Is it like walking the glass?

1611hrs. Signing back on-line. the computer jamming still present.

1910hrs. They once again froze my system while looking over some documentation of this crime. It would seem they are in fear of word spreading like it has, and that other people will start too see them for what they really are, not what they portray them self’s to be.

One last note. It would seem I was banned from posting at joeuser.com for some reason. I sent an email and have received a reply that it will be looked into and a reason given me for this. I will not speculate at this time as to why the inconvenience at the site accrued and am sure it will be handled in a professional manner as soon as possible.

The harassment the Chris Borrow family and friends network continues with the stalking, the computer jamming and hacking, the electronic attacks to my body and the voice to skull transmutations.

Once again, due to time restraints, this is just a brief log of the days harassment.

I awake at 0550hrs this morning with my vision blurred and noticeable eye snot as I call it built up in both eyes. I did mange to sleep last night with only a coupe of interruptions, which stopped, before I became fully awake, as I managed to go right back to sleep. This was not the normal nightly attack for some reason.

0600hrs. Am logging on-line and the jamming is present, but lighter then usual. Also the V2K is very low and almost inaudible, however their is a very loud whining noise in its place. I have noticed this in the past when they are trying to mask their conversations between the group. I my self would think about turning off the equipment, but not these guys. I guess they are afraid they might miss something, what I could only imagine.

0825hrs. They just crashed my system once again, and once again I was forced to shut off the power supply in order to regain control. This is the error message that appeared, what ever it means.

0831hrs. Going back on-line, something is different this morning in the fact that the V2K is being covered with this very loud whining sound and the jamming of my system is quite light, even with the crashing a few minutes ago.

1305hrs. The electronic attacks and the v2k have both just increased in intensity. Why? Why is it from around 2000hrs last night 11-10-04 till now 11-11-04 the attacks to my body, and my computer system, although still present were light and now at 1300hrs they are once again back to normal? Did the one member have to report to their parole officer? If so, that could explain it. From Fort Worth, Texas to Oklahoma City is only a four-hour drive each way. It’s also only about 3 to 4 hours over to Texarkana, AK.

Could it be that the times of the lighter attacks that this one member of my devoted fan club, the one that wants us all to believe he is some form of detective, has to report in or around one of the above locations? This would make sense with some of the other things I have over heard in the background and curtain times the attacks have eased up.

I took a nap from 1500hrs to 1700hrs and once again, it took me some time to shake off the effects of the targeting in my sleep. I once again awake with the back of my head wet with sweat and my pillow damp. I would like to point out that the out side temperature at this time is 54 degrees and my window was open. There is no reason I can see for just this one spot on my entire body to sweat.

The harassment by my devoted fan club the Chris Borrow family and friends network continues with the electronic attacks to my body, the computer hacking, jamming and the voice to skull commentary and all the rest of their little antics.

Here is just a brief run down of the today’s harassment, I like always keep more detailed notes but do not post every thing at this time for different reasons. Time being one.

0600hrs. I am awakened with the electronic attacks to my skull. Once again the back of my head is soaked with sweat as is my pillow damp. It takes me almost 20 minutes to shake off the effects of last nights attacks.

0658hrs. Logging on line and the jamming is very present, along with the V2K commentary which seems now to be changing to the drama game as I now call it. My right eye seems to be the target at this time as it is beginning to sting and become blurred.

0726hrs. They must have gotten a new toy or type of weapon as the attacks to my skull have just changed. This is a new feeling for myself as this attack to my skull is accompanied by a very rapid pulsing sensation and has a hit rate or pulse rate of about 3 hits per second it seems.

0734hrs. This guy must be sitting there just waiting to turn the knob that increases the jamming power. The reason I say this is because as I move my censor to click on something, my mouse ball will become stiff and very hard to roll. This has gotten so bad at time folks that my entire mouse assemble will move when trying to roll the ball, acting like it has been glued for lack of better description.

Approximately 0910hrs, they were once again having the care less conversations and forgot to turn their equipment down. Now I did not have my note pad handy while this happened so this is not exactly what was said word for word, but it none the less, very close.
“This guys makes us look like we don’t do anything but f*** with people”
“Well there’s nothing I can do about it now”
“Yea, but he’s making it sound like we just drive people crazy, and trying to make us look bad”
“Well that’s what we do if you think about it”

I really wish I would have had my note pad with me at this time as the above conversation was a very intense moment for someone at their location and might have held more information for all looking into this.

In between 1700hrs and 1800hrs I was at the star bucks up the road and once again felt the electronic attacks twice. This tells me again that they carry one or more of these weapons or devices with them in their cars as they must be within range in order to target me like this. These electronic attacks should not be confused with the voice to skull as it is quite different in many ways. The voice to skull works much like a cell phone and be bounced off any cell tower as far as I am aware, while the electronic attacks are range weapons. I will try to explain this better in up coming post.

From 1830hrs to 1940hrs after my return from the coffee house, I was working on line and the electronic jamming of my system just quit. This all by its self is weird and I have to wonder why? Did some one show up at their location? Or did some one have to leave?

The Stalking and Harassment by the Chris Borrow family and friends network continues, with the electronic attacks to my body, the computer hacking and jamming, and the bullshit voice to skull commentary. It is very clear they have mental problems and that their lives revolve around what I my self am doing. Borrow family and friends your sick, GO SEE A SHRINK!!! and a good lawyer.

I went to sleep about 2315hrs and was awakened several times through out the night with the electronic attacks to my body. The first was at 0100hrs, then at 0230hrs, then at 0400hrs and finally at 0630 hrs when I got up to do what had to get done today.

Now at about 0645hrs a female voice using this V2K technology is asking “Are you tired Tracy”, in a very smart ass tone of voice. What? Of course I was tired after being f***ed with all night you, simple minded stupid bitch.

0751hrs. While posting my logs and trying to answer an email, my computer system was once again crashed, causing me to shut off the power supply in order to regain control. This type of harassment is a daily occurrence for myself here. I can not run a home based business because of the computer hacking and theft of my access or pass words, by what ever means they are using. Not to mention it is time consuming for myself, which seems to be the whole idea behind it. That is to waste my time, cost me money and try to stress me out. They really do have to much time on their hands here folks.

I was stalked once again around Arlington, Texas today as I was out speaking with people and taking care of some personal business. This was the most obvious while in the UTA campus area as it was clear I was once again being played on the am/fm airwaves. This was at approximately 1230hrs. I noticed members of my fan club riding back and forth down Copper Street and at other locations through out the day.

The rest of the day was about the same as every other with the V2K bullshit, and the electronic attacks to my body. The Drama Game as I now call it was supposed to convince me that they were in fact government researchers and they were gathering information for some stupid ass reason. When I started dogging on them, it (drama game) then once again turned to trying to convincing me they were under cover agents and were just trying to find out who killed his cousin. Undercover agents? Whoa!

I wonder if they have that cool decoder ring from the cheerios box top give away?

I would like to point out once again, I feel he is the shooter of his cousin and their is no way I could have been responsible since I had the rest of this sick group stalking me across the united states at the time. But I guess it sounds better the telling every one the truth, which would be “the guy got a divorce and pissed off the family”

People you can’t help but laugh at this group of foolish, fools. Come on, everyone knows who they are, they just have to catch them doing this shit red handed I guess. This I do not really understand though, I mean with all the information not only submitted but just in the world, with all the terrorist activity going on, and with this guy calling everyone complaining about how they tried to kill Givens and the f***er didn’t die. What is the problem here?

Maybe its just that laws need changed and has nothing to do with the enforcement people, which we all dog at times and feel they can do better, but what if they are doing all they can at this time. But then, where does that leave me and many other victims here in the area, and nation wide it seems?

I urge all of reading this to check out how much equipment you, your self's can buy on-line and off the shelf that is capable of electronically attacking a person or computer system, and then call the government reps in your areas and complain about it before it moves into your neighborhoods and happens to you or your loved ones.

Ya’ll, my fan club the Chris Borrow family and friends network as I have come to call them are something else. Not only do them seem to feel that it is alright to Stalk me, Slander me, Play me across the AM/FM air waves, Attack my body with some form of electronic weapons systems, Attack my computer with electronics forcing it to crash, Steel my passwords and f*** with my programs, delete my emails, Video tape me having sex, then try to market it, show nude photos of me around town, and a whole slue of other crimes, but here’s the kicker, they also feel its “alright” to run their mouths INSIDE my head using this microwave hearing shit.

These people must really be that damn drug f***ed or just that mentally ill to not even understand just how wrong this is and far over the edge they really are. I want some body’s ass over this, and I intend to get it! Now I have to wonder a few things here about these people, and so should all of you. The first few things are,

A) What in the f*** are these people doing lose on are streets and who give them this cool ass equipment to use to begin with?
B) And have we really found the people responsible for “MIND RAPING” so many people across the nation not to mention right here in the Dallas / Fort Worth, Texas area?
C) Are these people the reason so many claim to have heard GOD talking to them?

It would seem so, But lets keep an open mind here and look at it a little closer. First I would like to share a story that was in the news.

"It has come out recently that George Bush himself is hearing voices in his head. In one good example, he was sitting in a quiet room with other cabinet members looking over a document, and looked up and said in an irritated way "please just let me finish first" but no one had said a word. He was 'hearing voices' in his head. Bush says that he 'hears' the voice of God telling him what to do."

I can not say wither the above story is true or false as I was not there. And I am sure there is no connection, at least I hope not, but it does make a person wonder though since President Bush is from Texas as are myself and my devoted fan club. What if it wasn’t GOD at all? What if it was members of my devoted fan club or others just like them? Now that is scary!

Questions of Interest:

01. Who is the Chris Borrow family and friends network really, and what makes them feel they can get away with these crimes?
02. If John Borrow is really employed with the Department of Justice at the Dallas, Texas office as I was told over the phone when I called that office in late 2002, then why is it after many calls to this office asking to speak with this man that I have still not been contacted by him or anyone from that agency?
03. Why did the lady’s in the procurement office and personal records office in Washington, DC tell me they had no Borrow listed on the payroll with either office?
04. Now if he doesn’t work there, which is seems HE DOES NOT. Then who is in the employment of the Dallas Office of the Department of Justice that covers for him? And why would they do this, are they relatives or just close family friends of the Borrow family?
05. Do they have other family members or friends with this agency or any other allowing them to use their business cards and conduct bullshit investigations for their own personal gain and amusement?
06. Is their entire family bloodline involved in this as it seems?
07. Does this John Borrow in fact have a brother or other family members named Chris, Mark, Rachel, or Jeff?
08. Has he and his family really been doing this stuff to people all across the nation?
09. And if so, why?
10. Is it really some type of Nonconsensual Human Experimentation?
11. And if so, for what purpose?
12. And just how many years have they been doing this now?
13. Have any of them ever had a real job?
14. Are they really connected to the Mafia as it has been suggested?
15. And if so, then wouldn’t that be a very serious crime considering that the one that calls him self-John Borrow has contacts inside the DOJ
16. Why have I seen them at the miller street probation complex here in Fort Worth, Texas?
17. Were they there to report for one of their many criminal offense?

I myself do not have all the answers to the above questions at this time, but I have seen the above named individuals stalking me across the United States and in to Canada for years at a time, and I have seen them stalking me around town here in Fort Worth, Texas over the years and it continues today. The Chris Borrow family were also neighbors of my ex-in-laws for many years, and have family in the east Texas area, also where my ex in-laws are originally from and this is over my divorce after all. I will let you people decide for your self’s.
