As you likely know by now, Peterborough was hit by a massive storm last Thursday, which resulted in an extremely damaging flood. If you don't know much about it, please click on the "News Stories" link above.

One of the places that suffered most from the disaster was the Peterborough Food Bank. Their basement flooded with several feet of water and raw sewage, which consequently spoiled 4 months worth of supplies. They need all of the help they can get, and we're trying to make an impact but we need as many people involved as possible! To find out how you can help without sacrificing more than 5 minutes of your time, just click the "How To Help" link above. We'd like to be able to help them out right away though, so please don't delay. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to email me at hayleyandoff@hotmail.com. Thank you!

Cajun Food
Did you know...that the Peterborough Food Bank serves between 3,000 and 3,500 people a month?

Did you know... that 4 months of supplies (the amount lost in the flood) for the Peterborough Food Bank weighs between 6 and 8 tonnes?

Did you know... that every staff member at the Peterborough Food Bank is a volunteer and pays for all promotional and operational costs themselves, so every single dollar you donate buys a dollar worth of food.
