The Oblivious Humans are a Grunge/Rock band from the town of Portland,TN. Their shows are filled with energy and in your face rock and roll music.The Humans lineup consists of Jay Cathcart (Lead Singer),Jacob Basham (Lead Guitar), Teddy Roberts (Rhythm Guitar),Paul Yates (Bass) and Josh Harris(Drummer). The Oblivious Humans have recently been added to MTV Making The Label and have played some of the best venues in Nashville including The Rutledge,The Muse,The Gibson Showcase,Exit/In, Fuel,French Quarter,The Basement,Broken Spoke,Lyrix,and numerous festivals. The Oblivious Humans have been featured in magazines such as Rising Star and the Nashville Scene. They have been played on Nashvilles biggest rock station 102.9 the buzz. T.O.H is has won numerous Battle Of The Band Competitions most recently at The Muse Battle Of The Bands and the Bodog Battle Of The Bands. We have a little bit of sound for everybody we "are" a Grunge band but we play music that everyone can get into.
