Sorry for not blogging yesterday. I've been feeling pretty sick lately and I'm in the middle of a layout change. I might be back later to blog and plug people if not just be patient with the sick people!
I added the joined page back on the site. I forgot about it when I changed layouts so it still has the old layout. I'll change it soon just not today.
So my 13 year old brother got to go to the Trenton Thunder game last night to see Derek Jeter play in one of his rehab games. I wanted to go! My mom tried to get tickets but they were sold out by Wednesday. $8 dollars to see Derek Jeter! That doesn't happen often. So my cousin only had one extra ticket and invited my brother. Not only did he get to see Derek play but he sat in the first row behind home plate, was on TV, sat two rows in front of Derek Jeter's parents, and sat in front of an older man who had a Yankees Championship ring on (he didn't recognize him). Ahh well, I can't go to everything.
I'm going away for the weekend hence this blog. I wanted to blog before I left. No blog stalking while I'm gone. That wouldn't be fair right Kate? If I don't blog by Monday you have every right to come after me. Have a good weekend everybody!

I meant to ask my Spanish teacher about the whole "Feliz Cinco de Mayo" thing but I forgot so I'm still standing by it even though Lizzy makes a good point.
Damn is it hot here! It's only 77 degrees but I swear the humidity is crazy. I had to break out the shorts today.
Anyone ever watched Punked on MTV? How great is that show? If you don't watch it, don't have MTV, or just don't know what I'm talking about Punked is a show where Ashton Kutcher plays pranks on celebrities. They aren't just your regular pranks either. My favorites have been the Justin Timberlake and Nick Lachey/Jessica Simpson ones. Ashton's friends pretended they were from a tax agency and were gonna take all of Justin's property because of back taxes. The poor boy looked like he was gonna cry. For the Nick Lachey/Jessica Simpson prank Ashton had people pose as Jessica's long lost relatives but they were total trailer-trash. They rolled up to Jessica and Nick's big fancy house with their cruddy little trailer. Too funny! This past Monday Britney Spears was gonna punk Ashton since he's always the one doing the punking. Ashton found out and convinced Britney to help him play a punk on his manager and some other people. Another really good episode.
School sucks and I can't wait til it's over. There's 30-something days left. June 19th is the day! Until then my teachers will continue to be a pain and squeeze everything in in time for the final.
After that lovely blog that had no point it's time to thank the commenters. Rosanna and Lizzy you girls rock! Amanda is still my winner! :)

Feliz Cinco de Mayo! Not too much to say today so here's some Monday questions.
Lunes Listy
List the books or writings that have influenced your life.
1. To Kill A Mockingbird - Harper Lee
2. The Catcher in the Rye - JD Salinger
3. Someone Like You - Sarah Dessen
Monday Madness
1. When your telephone rings, do you drop everything to answer it? No, I wait to see who it is on the caller id and if no one else in my house picks it up then I get it.
2. What is the longest you've ever talked on the telephone? To whom? about 3 hours with my ex-boyfriend
3. Do you own a cell phone? If not; why? If so, what was your reason for buying a cell phone; and would you ever consider cancelling your 'landline' service? Explain. Yes I own a cell phone. I got it because my parents were having a hard time keeping track of when to pick me up from practices and stuff so now I just call them when I'm done. No I wouldn't get rid of it - only if I was extremely poor and couldn't afford it any longer.

I'm making up for my lack of bloggage with two blogs in a row!
If you don't like Dawson's Creek or if you don't want to know what happens in the last eppy I'm afraid this blog won't be too interesting. Again, IF YOU DON'T WANT TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENS IN THE LAST EPPY, I suggest you turn back now.
First off, the entire eppy is told 5 years into the future. It kinda reminds me of the Felicity finale except that was a flashback. Now all those promos that say one of these 4 will die. It's Jen. I had a feeling it was her. She's a single mother - wonder who the father is - and dies of a terminal illness. All the Creeksters get to see her at Gale's wedding. That's right Gale's wedding. It's not a Dawson/Joey wedding or a Pacey/Joey wedding. Supposedly Gale's wedding is like the back drop for the episode. When Jen dies Jack and Pacey's brother Doug, who are a couple, become guardians of Jen's child. I was LOL when I read that Jack and Doug were an item. Too funny!
Supposedly Joey and Pacey are together. Dawson has his own tv show called "The Creek" - another lol. The last part of the episode is told 5 more years in the future. Joey and Pacey are still together and Dawson's show is on it's last episode. This I found kind of cute but at the same time depressing for Dawson - supposedly the last scene of Dawson's show has a boy climbing through a girl's window (Dawson and Joey anyone? think Dawson was trying to make a connection?) and the girl says something along the lines of "I don't wanna wait for our lives to be over" - the theme song. So I guess that means Dawson has spent his life still lusting for Joey. What a loser.
All in all though it sounds like it will be quite the good episode. I'll miss the show though! Hopefully, they'll have re-runs or something. Speaking of tv shows, the Beverly Hills 90210 reunion show is next week - May 11th. I'm excited about seeing that. Everyone is gonna be back - Dylan, Brenda, Brandon, Kelly, and even Andrea. Donna (Tori Spelling) isn't going to be there though. How could Tori not be on her father's show's reunion eppy? Is she one of those actresses that is ashamed of her work and doesn't want to do a reunion? Hate those people.
I forgot yesterday to congratulate Amanda for correctly guessing the song. Since she was the first one to guess correctly she gets a week's worth of plugs. I know, I know great prize right? ;)

I know, I know my lack of bloggage has been totally unacceptable. I've been incredibly busy this week.
Let's see Monday was the first day back to school after break. You'd think the teachers hadn't seen us in months. The homework and tests just got piled on me. So Monday was spent in the confined space of my bedroom with the books open and the brain attempting to function.
Tuesday was again more homework. I went to my brother's baseball game as the supportive sister. Wednesday I was forced to stay after school for extra help (ugh), then I had to go get fitted for my class ring, and get my hair cut. None of this is too interesting I know but it took up a lot of my time preventing me from getting on the computer for more than 5 minutes.
Thursday was great. My dad has a bunch of guys in from different parts of the country so we've been busy with them. I went right from school over to the ferry slip. At 4:50 we got on the ferry in NJ and took the 2 hour ride around Manhattan to the Bronx for the Yankee game. I see NYC all the time, but it had been a while since I saw almost all of Manhattan. It was the closet I've gotten to where the World Trade Centers once stood. From the boat you can tell where the big gap is. I still need to get to Ground Zero before they start building again. The Yankees beat the Seattle Mariners 2-1 so yay for them. The ferry ride back to NJ was great. It was a really beautiful night and we all had a lot of fun.
Today, my friends and I chose not to go to school since half the school would be in Six Flags for the class trip (good thing we didn't go - It poured this afternoon). We all went to the movies and the mall. Anger Management sucked! Thankfully we all had gift certificates so we didn't actually have to pay for the tickets. We left before it was over - that's how bad it was. Went shopping - got lots of stuff, pigged out at the food court, flirted with guys - the usual.
Thanks to all my blog stalkers. Glad to see you guys care when I don't blog. I'll archive April's entries soon I promise.
