Maybe it took you to say it aloud to her to really, really confirm it to yourself too. I knew I didn't want my ex hubby back after he left, but I don't think I really, really knew it till the first time he asked if he could come back. And I felt like @#%$! telling him no, it was over and he couldn't come back.

Course, by the fifth or sixth time he asked me I had lost all compassion and laughed hysterically when he asked me. Then I hung up on him. And continued to laugh. But I am wicked :-)

it's tough now but you'll thank yourself one day. My first ex never really told me to bugger, and over a few years we kept getting back together (nothing at all to do with my persistence, honest like) and breaking up again and again, and in the end she had to announce her engagement to a man from Texas she'd met off the internet in order to get rid of me.

You know, I never had a clue she was bi.
