Nowhere

The fright. There once was a girl who had to do a speech, She dreamt about it, as a leech! Then she awoke, All she could smell was smoke, She had forgotten the candle burning so bright, And had forgotten to turn out the light! So she called the fire department, And told them she lived in an apartment. They came around as fast as they could, And they told her it was no good. She explained that the reason was because she was in stress, And that everything around her was a big mess. She told them about the speech for school, And she told them she nearly drowned in a pool! Now she’s sitting on her own bed, But now all we can say, is that she’s dead!
