so i recently decided that i want to get my bellybutton pierced. i looked up state laws online, and for ct, ny, ri you have to be 18 and in mass it's illegal except by a doctor. i've been to several tattoo/piercing places (not recently) and they wouldn't even pierce my ear cartilage even though my mom was there. i guess you have to know people. that's another thing.. my mom would never let me get my bellybutton pierced. i don't think it will be so hard to hide it though. does anyone remember the episode of daria on mtv where she got pierced? lol, i can't help thinking of that. well anyway, if you live in new england and know of a good place, tell me!
sunday, 06.29.03 :: dude, tonight was crazzzzzyyy. we went to the pike and met up with the girls.. i almost got in three car accidents! one could have turned out wicked bad. i was about to switch lanes and i checked my blind spot *right* as i was going, and if i didn't swerve back into my lane our car would have been wrapped around the guard rail. always check your blind spots!! one of the almost-accidents wasn't my fault though. then we met these guys with pimped out cars. the only things i know the names of in the cars were the pioneer head units and the subs. omg the subs shook the freakin state. then *someone* got wicked trashed. don't worry, not me. i was driving. yeah then we just chilled with the guys we met and watched austin powers on the pioneer things. umm so what else did we see? this big group of biker guys that did tricks, that was cool. and lots of nice cars of course. oh yeah, sometime before that we played pool at some pool hall. i sucked at it though. alright i better get going adios amigos!
saturday, 06.28.03 :: this morning i went up to uconn for a campus tour. we took a bus tour, walked around for an hour or two, and then we went into the visitors center for a video and questions. for such a big school, the campus was actually pretty nice. when i was walking around this guy driving by pointed at me and yelled, "HEY you! come to uconn its awesome!!" that was random. on our way home we stopped at the dealership so i could look at cars. man, this heat is starting to get to me. i'm gonna go relax for a little bit before i go out tonight.
thursday, 06.26.03 :: tonight was awesome.. the concert was so fun! it was about 95 degrees outside and there were probably around seven thousand people at the park. the band that opened for guster, called zox, was really good (crazy violin player!!).. but guster was amazing. after we got to meet the band and i got their autographs ;) i forgot my camera but maybe i can steal some pictures from other people and put them up. oh yeah guys, i'm working tomorrow night but let's go out on saturday. call me later!

monday, 06.23.03 :: don't you just love summer? its so great. relaxin, havin fun, hangin out.. i seriously have to get a summer job though, someone needs to force me to do it dammit. now that the family i used to babysit for all the time has moved away, i need to find new people. i really really really want to get a new car. any suggestions?

i'm so exhausted from babysitting today. i played baseball, basketball, soccer, football, kickball, started a band, had a tea party.. lol. it's hard watching two kids, one boy and one girl, since they like totally different activities. oh well, it was fun.
has anyone downloaded grand theft auto 3 yet? let me know. i tried downloading it, but i keep getting all kinds of errors, even though i fixed the missing .dll files. then i downloaded the trial of the sims, but even with broadband it was taking forever. for you computer people out there, what should i do if i need more usb ports? my dsl modem, wireless mouse & keyboard, and webcam all need usb ports. right now i just plug in whatever i need at the moment.
there's some shiznit that's bugging the hell outta me, i can't post it here.. cause it might have to do with people who come here.. what a pain.

monday, 06.09.03 :: thanks for all the comments on the board guys! four more days of school left - i can't stand it any longer! tomorrow is the last regular day, and then i have final exams the rest of the week. i have to cram so much info i can't even think about it. tonight i finished my last project for ap biology, the photo scavenger hunt one. i also wrote an outline for an essay which we have to write in u.s. history tomorrow about the changing roles and functions of the government from the 1920's to the 1990's. it's all good though, summer here i come!

friday, 06.06.03 :: school is almost over. once i get through finals (which are going to be hard as hell)
it will be all done. today was the last regular school day for seniors, and it was pretty wild. they had water balloons filled with vinegar and honey, silly string, confetti, water bottles, etc. i guess at the end of the day there was a huge riot in the math hallway and it was like a mosh pit or something. darn, too bad i missed it. i'm glad that my car wasn't in the junior parking lot, because i heard they were going to trash everyone's car and then get people as they walk into the lot.
in a couple of days we're getting aol dsl broadband on our computer, finally. it should be good for web design and downloading all my music. i'm going to try and study for sat 2's which i'm taking tomorrow morning, wish me luck!

friday, 05.30.03 :: this weekend is going to be a busy one. tonight i'm going out, probably goin to the pike and checkin out some sweet cars (not to mention the guys that drive them). i can't stay up too late though, because i have to be at a key club event tomorrow at 7 am. then tomorrow night i'm babysitting. on sunday some people from my ap bio class are coming over and we are going to work on one of our two major projects. one of them is a scavenger hunt for predator prey relationships, and we have to go hiking through the forest with a camera taking pictures. ugh, nature is great and everything but one thing i hate are ticks. maybe we will go to a pet store or the audobon or something. i also have two other final projects to start and finish. well at least i'll have some fun tonight, i'll post about it later
wednesday, 05.28.03 :: i think i'm going to take down some of the content. some of it is from sooo long ago, and i can't keep track of it all. does anyone remember some of my past websites? *cringes* some were just plain scary. i remember my very first webpage was a page about sea turtles... i don't even know how old i was. it had one of those nauseating wavy backgrounds and it was just a bunch of pictures. wow, i guess i was a computer geek even when i was little. so back on topic, some of the content is just pointless entertainment anyway. hmm i don't want to make this site boring though. email me and let me know if theres a certain page that you like and want to stay.
i've been slacking off big time with the college stuff. i haven't asked any teachers for recommendations. i have an idea of which schools i want to visit soon - most are in boston, new york, and virginia. the thing is, my mom freaks out every time i talk about going to school in va since it's so far, but i honestly like the schools there better. we'll see, all that could change after i visit anyway. i took the sat's and got my scores back, and next weekend i am supposed to take three sat 2's. i heard that three in a row are brutal.
did anyone see the new road rules south pacific episode? is it just me, or doesn't the cast totally suck? damn, i would have slapped that girl with the curly hair. she got on my nerves within the first two minutes. but hopefully real world paris will be worth watching. oh yeah, if you like the show sorority life on mtv, don't forget to watch the season finale tonight at 10 pm est. i need someone to chat about it with ;)

monday, 05.26.03 :: this weekend was great. it's amazing what a difference one extra day makes. i went shopping on saturday and had dinner at shady glen, the best place ever. they have the best cheeseburgers in the world. i've been wanting to see the matrix reloaded, so we went at 9:30 and the freaking guy wouldn't let us in. i guess it's rated R and we're not 17 yet. so i was the only one who wanted to sneak in, big freaking deal - just buy a ticket for something else and walk on in. so we drove back to glastonbury and rented a movie from blockbuster, the fast and the furious. i think i was the last person in america to see it, lol, but it was good. paul walker is so hot. i think i would make a good street racer. i could be badass if i wanted to. i could fix up a car like this one with some nos and whatever else makes it go fast. sweet
thursday, 05.22.03 :: this afternoon was crazy. we did a news broadcast, poetry reading, sports segment of baseball and boxing, vietnam paintball... all on video in the rain. one guy in our group got shot in the ass with a paintball gun and i caught it on video. at least that didn't happen with the potato gun (guys probably know what i'm talking about). it's this big gun that you spray hairspray in and it launches potatoes really far. the bloopers are sooo funny. even if we don't get a good grade for this project, it will definitely entertain our history class for a while.
wednesday, 05.21.03 :: today was such a long day. i had a math test and a spanish quiz that were hard as hell. it's so cloudy and weird outside, and it's supposed to rain for the next seven days. tomorrow i'm meeting up with my group for this history project on the 1960's. we're covering vietnam (a paintball gun fight), sports, jfk and his assasination, civil rights (my topic), space race, fashion, and other stuff in the video. yeah, i'm sure that's all gonna happen tomorrow... but it's hard to get six people who can meet up on the same day. this should be interesting. don't forget to watch the american idol finale tonight.. i hope ruben wins. i renamed my dog from bailey to ruben lol. aww how cute!

monday, 05.19.03 :: i was so tired when i got home today, i passed out for like three hours lol. i didn't even stay up that late. did anyone see the bachelor finale? i think jenn won right? i watched the first part of it.
on saturday i worked at the library book sale for some key club hours. then i went out to dinner with my cousin who was visiting from chicago, good times. yesterday i did errands and sat outside in the sun - that was great. oh and i also finished preparing my history project so it's set to go. i wish i was out of school sooo bad, all you guys who are out already are so lucky. we don't get out til june 16th. i think i get out the 13th though since the two finals on the 16th for me are gym and free. umm i should probably start my homework now since i slept like all the afternoon... i'm getting distracted though. i got a new computer chair thats so comfy and i downloaded some awesome 311 songs, i could just chill here all day.
