VALENTINES DAY

FEBRUARY 14, 2002

HEART SHAPED COOKIES

I helped Mommy make some sugar cookies for Valentine's Day. Mommy thinks her two little boys are sweet enough but a little more sugar in our system couldn't hurt!

EATING DISORDER?

No, I'm not anorexic. I know it looks like I'm sticking my fingers down my throat. I'm really just trying to lick off as much frosting as quickly as I can. Kris is looking at me with disgust. He is wearing his nice red Valentine's shirt from Kassondra. She gave me one, too.

FROSTING FUN

Mommy thinks that I am a big enough boy to handle a knife with supervision. I sure was proud of my baking accomplishment. The cookies looked so pretty. They tasted even better than they looked!

ARTIST AT WORK

I'm busy here making my Daddy a card for Valentine's Day. I know he's going to love it. I used color markers and decorated it with glitter and hearts.

VALENTINE'S GIFTS

We had a little tea party with our freshly baked cookies. Then we opened our gift bags. We each received a stuffed animal and a book. I think Kris was pleased with his first Valentine's experience.

PUPPY LOVE

This is one of Mommy's favorite photos of me. She says I look so adorably sweet and yet I also have a slightly mischievous look on my face.

CUPID'S COW

Kris had fun playing with his pink and white toy cow. It was so soft and cuddly (just like him). Unfortuantely, he also liked to chew on the cow's tail and bit most of it off!

STIMULATING COLORS

Kris spent a lot of time just staring at this colorful balloon. When I was a baby, I had a red heart-shaped balloon that kept my attention. I shared my toy puppy with Kris on one condition. He had to leave his tail intact!

MORE SWEETS

This little bag of Valentine's treats was from my PLAY Shop group party. We went to the park afterwards so I could practice riding my tricycle.
