1964:     B.A. University of Wisconsin, Madision. Major: Political Science. Minor: English.
1966:     B.Ed. Wisconsin State University, Whitewater. Secondary Education, Social Sciences and English.
1967 – 1969:    Middle School Teacher, Mount Diablo School District, Concord, CA. Social Sciences and English.
1970:     M.L.S. University of California, Berkeley.
1970-1974:     Librarian and library instructor, University of California, Berkeley.
1975/76:     Housemother, Berkeley Institute, English language school for Japanese, Berkeley, CA.
1976:     Began painting with acrylics.
1972 – 1987:     Self-employed massage therapist and massage instructor, Berkeley, CA. Practiced and studied a wide range of healing modalities, including massage (certification in massage, 1981); meditation; yoga; dreams; intuition; visualizations; toning; energy balancing; art therapy, acupressure; deep tissue body work; and the relationship between body, mind and spirit.
1987 – 91:     Health insurance sales, San Francisco, CA and Boca Raton, FL.
1992 – 2004:     Branch campus library director, Florida Atlantic University, Jupiter, FL.
1998:     Began study of photography.
