Types of rape

How many kinds of rape are there?
Stranger rape -- This is the kind of rape where the victim doesn't know the rapist. In other words, the rapist is a stranger to the victim. The rapist could have chosen the victim randomly.

Acquaintance/friend rape -- The victim knows the rapist either through a friendship or just casual hi byes.

Date rape -- The victim is raped by his or her date.

Group rape -- Better known as a gang bang where the victim is being raped by many different people. The victim can only be considered group raped if he or she is raped by more than one person.

Marital rape -- The victim is raped by his or her spouse.
