05/29/01 I was on private property in Lowell, accompanied by the property's manager. I took a picture of someone sitting in a van on the property, who did not belong on the property, and who had previously told the property manager to get away from his van. The subject jumps out of the van, yelling, and in seconds I am attacked and assaulted by the driver and another man, both of whom latter claimed to be Lowell Police Officers (plainclothes - neither showed either of us a badge or identification).
They dragged me off the property to the back of a car in the street. The property manager had run inside to get help, thinking the two Lowell Police Officers were just thugs (which there were), only to be chased down by one of the Lowell Police Officers - who wanted to know why he had told me that he was in the parking lot, that I run "that" anti Lowell Police web site.
The Lowell Police Officers took my camera, wanting ID and harassing me like I had done something wrong, leaving me bent over a car in the street for 10-15 minutes.
When I got my camera back from the Lowell Police Officers, the display said "No card present", meaning it no longer recognized the compact flash card. Once home, I had to use pliers to remove the card, it had obviously been bent in every direction before being jammed back down in the camera. I tried it in a USB reader, but of course it's now junk.
Regardless of the lies they will come up with to explain their most recent terror strike, I was exactly where I was supposed to be, doing exactly what I was supposed to be doing (what I had a constitutional right to do), only to be attacked and assaulted by two Lowell Police Officers, neither of whom was where they were supposed to be at the time. One of the Lowell Police Officers is Felix Figueroa (Figeroa?), the other did not identify himself. (Actually neither officially identified himself).
This unfortunate soul pissed off a maggot Lowell Police officer, after having been jailed for an open container. His girlfriend posted bail, he was "released", but before he could leave the Lowell jail, the douche-bag Lowell Police officer who he had pissed off attacked him, along with ahis scumbag Lowell Police buddies, beating the victim unconscious with fists, feet, and clubs. The Lowell Police tossed him back in a cell, where he woke up, beaten from head to toe. He found out the following day in court that he was charged with "assaulting" the POS Lowell Police Officer he'd pissed off.

While the drug dealers line the streets and tie up traffic, this fucking asshole is writing parking tickets in a shopping center. DUH!
On June 10, 2001, officers from the Lowell Police Department and the Chelmsford Police Department, under the pretext of a "search", ROBBED our small single family home in Lowell.
First the Lowell Police evacuated the neighborhood (of course, eliminating lots of potential witnesses). Then the Lowell Police bombed our home with enough tear gas to effect SEVERAL CITY BLOCKS. The Lowell/Chelmsford SWAT Team then checked our house and found it to be empty. Then their dogs made repeated passes thru our home and found it to be empty. Then, just to make sure that it was empty, the Lowell Fire Department's THERMAL IMAGING equipment was used to PROVE there was nobody in the house.
During the "searches" and into the night, the Lowell and Chelmsford Police Departments tore out WALLS, DOORS, and CEILINGS, searched drawers, trash bags, boxes, accessed computer files, thinking someone could be inside, after they had proved the house to be empty... The Lowell Police destroyed my son's new 42" Plasma TV ($7000.00+), robbed us of THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN CASH, and many TENS OF THOUSANDS of DOLLARS of LAPTOP COMPUTERS, DESKTOP PC'S, CPU'S, MEMORY, CDR/W'S, CD-ROMS, HARD DRIVES, MODEMS, SOFTWARE.
The Lowell and Chelmsford Police were so busy carting away our valuables (None of which were "inventoried", or appeared as "evidence", or returned. Everything just disappeared into the night), from the house, (leaving, coming back repeatedly for more items) that they left one of their personal firearms and a bullet-proof shield behind... The maggots had a single search warrant to conduct a single search, to find a gun that didn't even exist. After repeatedly leaving and returning (illegally, obviously to steal more stuff!) to re-execute the warrant (which allowed for a single search), and finding nothing, they came up with a gun from somewhere and said it was mine. All of this, then they leave behind one of their own guns!!! (Maybe as an excuse to come back and steal some more stuff!!! Of course everything they left is not here, like, you know, I'm not quite as stupid as they are :)
Of course the Lowell Police cover everything up by lying to the local newspaper , The Lowell Sun, which prints verbatim what they are given by the City, with no effort to verify fact from fiction. Then they continue the charade and lie to the county grand-jury in order to obtain a indictments, and recently lied to witnesses in efforts to intimidate them so that that they would not testify against the City.
Continuing on, now the same jiz-sucking maggot Lowell cops have lied to a Federal Grand Jury, deciding the case should instead be heard in Federal Court. The local gun charge was dropped.
Considering the tens of thousands of hits this site has received, and the context of the TONS of emails I've received, Lowell and Chelmsford are obviously towns with a deep rooted (and justified) fear of their own Police Departments!
ST. LOUIS -- After extensive research nationally, two researchers at Saint Louis University found that several states cannot adequately protect their citizens from police misconduct such as racial profiling and brutality. Law professor Roger Goldman and political science professor Steven Puro recommend measures to address the problem.
"The abuse of power by police officers has created social unrest in America," Puro said. "We have found that traditional methods to control police misconduct have been unsuccessful."
The researchers focused their attention on cases of police officers who were fired or resigned in the wake of major misconduct like offering to fix traffic tickets in exchange for sex or physically abusing individuals in custody. Despite this inexcusable behavior, other departments often hired these officers, who sometimes engaged in misconduct again.
In light of these cases, Goldman and Puro recommend that these states -- Hawaii, Indiana, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York and Rhode Island -- should adopt decertification laws that remove police licenses. They also recommend that states with existing decertification laws should take additional steps to improve them.
