Cecil Earl Fenn Carter born 1900 Thompson Alabama

Cecil Earl Fenn Carter was born 1900 to William Frank Fenn and Anna Lou Stone. He died in 1939 and his death certificate revealed his parent's names. Cecil claimed to be half blood Cherokee Indian and his photos along with his children's photos confirm this. Cecil was adopted by unknown Carter when Annie remarried and resided in Macon Georgia. Cecil's military records describe him as a tall dark man with dark brown eyes and dark ruddy complexion. He was stationed at Fort Bliss, in El Paso, Texas for many years. He died on Columbus Street in Montgomery Alabama, where we find his father and brothers living near same area. His sister Carolyn Fenn went to Oklahoma with a man from Indian Territory. Am finding on death certificates slight errors in spelling of names or perhaps they only knew family nicknames but the facts are still there.
