Longo’s
maintenance is a small business that I just started. I’m hoping to use this
web site to boost my clientele. I mostly specialize in plumbing. I also do other
odds and ends. Here is a list of things that I can do.
Plumbing:
Cut,
flare, sweat and solder copper piping
Repair
and install toilets and bathroom fixtures
Repair
and install kitchen fixtures
Measure,
cut, thread and adhere plastic (cpvc and pvc) piping
Landscaping:
landscape
to grade and cosmetic appeal
Prepare
area and seed for grass
Mow
lawns and weed whack around area
I
currently do not have my own truck to haul my own riding mower. I do
have all the other equipment that I need. Please let me know
if u do not have your own mower. I have access to a van if I need to
bring my mower.
Painting:
I do mostly interior
paining. I will do exterior painting. It all depends on what needs
painting.
Carpentry:
I have done some
carpentry work. Most of my experience had come from working on my
parent's properties. I recently laid flooring in 2 of their rooms. I
can lay carpet and most floor covering.
