ECQ;The Law of Conservation of Mass

In order to figure out chemistry, you also need to know the law of conservation of mass. This is the fact that matter can be neither created nor destroyed. This means that during a chemical reaction, you can not create or destroy and atom. This means that the mumber of atoms in the reactant must equal the number of atoms in the product.

So what do I do if the atoms aren't equal??
You have to balance the equation, by evaluating the valence electrons, and creating equal bonds on both sides. What does this mean? Read on by clicking here.
