Omaha Playgroup Thurs 10am June 14 Benson comm center 60 & Maple Mike will not be there, but the center will be expecting our group. We had an at home dad from Australia visit the playgroup last week and is in town for a month (I think)

The Lincoln Fatherhood Coalition is back promoting "Father Involvement Night" on Fridays this summer. Every Friday after 6:30pm (starting June 8), fathers get in free to participating public pools with paid admission for a child 0-17 years old.

Our group has also been invited to the Coalition kick-off event on Friday, June 15 6-8pm at Star City Shores. We have access to 20 free admissions to that event.

Lincoln Playgroup Tues May 22 10am Indoor playground by the zoo on 27th. 60% chance of rain and windy, so lets stay inside. Mike Bonner will get out of a class there at 10:30 and join us.

Lincoln Playgroup Tues May 15 80% rain chance, so lets do storytime at the Gere library at 56th and Normal on the SE corner 10:30AM. If the weather clears, we can head to Roberts Park at 58th and Sumner (between A and South) afterwords.

I had a good time with my daughter at Sunday's KC Royals game with some other at-home dads from the KC group. We had to dodge the rain and storms. The Royals have a family four pack deal...4 tix, 4 drinks, 4 Dogs, and peanuts for only $40. If you plan to do this, contact the KCDADS by link on the left and see if they'll go with. A good group of dads.
