1. How does this program work?
The idea is based off a standard straight-line matrix. The person on the top of the Matrix is "On Deck" which means as soon as the matrix is full, he/she will receive their item. As soon as his matrix is full, he/she will be moved off the list and the next person under them will begin his cycle. Based on a 20 person matrix, in order for 5 people to receive an item, there needs to be 100 people in the matrix.

2. Is the matrix legal?
Yes! An example of an illegal matrix would be one where there is no product immediately sold. Since we are selling you a product (our e-books) there is nothing illegal about it. The matrix entry is our free gift to you when you purchase our e-books.

3. How do you make money if you are giving away "free" electronics?
We make money off the sell of our e-books. When we have accumulated enough funds for a matrix, based off the size of the matrix, we send out a free item. Please note most E-Books are in a .exe format meaning they will not work on a Macintosh computer. No Refunds will be given if you purchase. Some are in text, PDF (acrobat reader) html format. Unless you're buying for the bonus gift we ask you don't purchase if you have a Macintosh and want the books to read.

4. How can I be sure I will get my free item?
We make our money off the sale of e-books. Your matrix entry is a free gift. While there are some people that buy our e-books just for the return on investment (ROI), we must remind you of the legalities behind our program. When you purchase our e-books, we guarantee you a position in the matrix and also guarantee that upon cycling said matrix, you will receive your free electronics.

5. How long does it take to receive a free item?
The time to receive a free item depends on how quickly people buy our e-books and are placed in the matrix. We cannot give you a guaranteed time of arrival. We will not answer emails with questions on how long it will take, but we can say that as of January 15, 2003, no one has waited for longer than 7 months for a free item.

6. How can I get a free item faster?
While you are never required to advertise our site, it will help everyone if you tell others about it. Since the matrices cycle based on how quickly people sign up, it is fairly obvious to assume that the more people that see our site - the more that will sign up. Some members have websites that they put a link to us on (we have a banner if you would like to use it), other members advertise to opt-in email subscribers (please do not spam), and others put up auctions on eBay and other auction sites with a link to our website for $1 and are able to make an additional profit for themselves. If you do put up auctions, make sure that the sellers know that you are not selling electronics - only the informational link to a website.

7. Are you like those MLM/pyramid companies?
MLM (multi-level marketing) companies are generally very well thought out ideas, unfortunately, most of them provide very little results without a lot of work and selling useless items to your friends and yourself. Our company is based off a straight line matrix system and regardless of whether you ever tell anyone else about it or not, you will still receive your free item.

8. What do I do when I have cycled?
Within 36 hours of your cycling, you will receive an email asking you to go to our checkout page, which will allow you to specify shipping address and other needed information.

9. How long does it take to receive my item once I cycle?
Once you have cycled, it usually takes within 7-14 days.
