I have been a member of Tracfone for 4 years starting out with just an analog cellphone. I have checked into all prepaid cellphone services and I do feel this is the best option out there right now. There is no daily fees and all unused minutes roll over. They have a really large selection of phones and some really great deals on their website on purchasing these phones. I got mine for free. I just purchased a $20 40minute card and the phone came free with it.
I love my phone and have not paid for any minutes since I bought the phone. I joined the refer-a-friend program and with every person I refer I get 100 free minutes. They also give 100 free minutes to the person I refer.
