G.M.C. Property Management was created for the better interest of property Owners, Investors, as well as quality Tenants in mind. We guarantee an improved service for those who have had to rely on managers that are either untrained, dishonest, don't care, or just don't want to be bothered. The mission of G.M.C. Property Management is to provide owners and investors with a service that will remove the stress of absentee managers, late and unpaid rents,and will also act as a communication tool between tenants and owners. G.M.C. Property Management vows to provide all parties involved a service that is straight forward, honest, and fair. My name is Gina-Marie, I'm the Owner and Operater of G.M.C. Property Management. I have been involved in the many aspects of property management and maintenance for the past 10 years. I have seen too many Owners lose qaulity Managers who move on to become realtors or Owners themselves. I have seen investment properties destroyed at the hands of management company's that just did not care, or by tenants who have not been properly screened. I do care, I have an honest love for rental property management and watching others enjoy what I create be it a rental unit for an approved tenant or the clean -up of the grounds for an owner. It gives me a sense of pride that is unexplainable. I enjoy providing owners/investors as well as tenants a place that they can be proud of. Being able to take an investment that is in need of direction and turning it around so that is profitable for the owner and enjoyable for the tenant.
