Mood:  irritated
To keep myself insipred, I'll keep mini pictures of how I want to look in my "calorie-count notebook" that I carry with me always. Whenever I'm feeling "hungry" I'll look at them to stay motivatated. Awesome. I just have to remember to take out that notebook every time I eat and not just at the end of the day to record stuff.

hey uhmm yeah.

 

you should definately not be anorexic because as a "nice guy," i respect women. And i respect all women to the extent that if they are hungry, they should eat--because that is the healthiest cure for hunger. Unless you are also an insomniac, in which case you should get some Sonata (Which is good if you take like 2 or 3 and not sleep you will trip).

The point being.

When i wanted to fit in, i was addicted to pills and lost 30-something pounds. I lost 6 pounds in the best month an a half, just by eating smaller meals, 4 times a day; rather than eating 3 bigger meals a day.

 

 

 

 

 

 

A good tip would be to eat a big breakfast, a medium lunch, and a small dinner. You can't gain a lot of weight that way because you use up all the calories by the night time.
