QUESTIONAIRE
This section details the questions needed to be asked to the project stakeholders. Input from the stakeholders will be needed to correctly identify the problems with the current system. A survey will be conducted by J.A.C.S. Management in order to gather this critical information. To get a representation from the students at Florida A&M University, we shall survey 2 freshman, a softmore, and a senior. There will also be 3 instructors surveyed along with a Dean of a department.
Students
Finding class resources for each class
Do you have a tough time with finding the classroom?
Do you think it’s necessary to have a campus map?
Do you know any available online resources?
Do you think any links on the web pertaining to the class would be useful?
Have you ever used blackboard?
How do you feel about using blackboard?
Is it user friendly?
Not missing classes
Do you think it’s necessary to have a campus map?
Taking Notes
How do you feel about an online based classed?
Is there an advantage to getting class notes off the web?
What about audio learning?
What about recorded lectures in the classrooms and then having an audio link on the web for future use?
Keep track of assignments
Do you know the due date of assignments?
Do you think a reminder would be useful? (facebook b-day reminders)
Finding resources to help students
Do you think that more off campus help should be provided for convenience?
Do you know each every tutor, their time schedule, and subject?
Finding groups to help students
1. Is there tutoring in your deparment for specific classes?
2. Are there certain classes you wish had tutors?
Do you know about the groups on campus?
Do you know if there are different types of groups such as clubs, professional organizations, etc.?

Would you prefer 1.office visitation by students or 2.electronic correspondence by students?(i.e.email/message board)
Would you be willing to email out a bulk email to each of your classes summarizing assignments and dates?
Do you think the school could take a stronger role in helping students stay organized?
