Meeting Called To Order: 12:35pm

Attendance: Serge Mondelus, Adaryll Horne, Chris Mills, Jamaal Sands

Adaryll started off the meeting by first discussing the position assignments that are assigned to each individual group member, and the requirements and duties of each position. We also took an on individual tasks and assignments for collaboration by Monday, March 20, 2006. Adaryll also gave an inquiry on our current website. We are currently transitioning from one site to another, moderately making appropriate changes and modifications. There was also a discussion on the stakeholders for this project, which also including the conduction of interviews. Chris will be surveying some underclassman in his Troupe to finish up. Adaryll will interview another Faculty member. We are running slightly behind schedule and have assigned work out as follows:

Jamaal = ER diagram
Adaryll = EVENTS chart
Chris = Data flow
Serge = THINGS chart

Entire group met today for 1hr and 15min

We assigned tasks to write up the details of our project preliminary. We also went through the example for registration provided by Mr. Nowicki.

We all agreed to organize a survey to get input from the stakeholders; students and faculty. We came up with 10 questions as a group and will continue to work on more once we leave. Jamaal and Serge will email Adaryll the questions they come up with, while Chris works on the detail to the preliminary report and the Gant chart.

Jamaal, Chris, and Surge met for about 25 minutes. Adaryll was there earlier for 5 minutes but had to leave for class. We brainstormed on the proposal for the group project. Adaryll left and asked to be emailed any ideas they came up with.

The ideas we've come up with for the project consist of a software application that updates with in online interface. This would allow the students to be able to access their information from any internet application. The benefit to having it also on their home computer is that it will allow for syncing with handheld devices, such as the proposed PDA which my be accompanied with this project.

We don't know enough about the project to assign other tasks yet.

1st meeting with group. Adaryll, Chris, and Jamaal met together in class. We exchanged numbers and discussed setting up a website. We also discussed a normal meet time, and scheduling.
