Alright,so i know you main goal is to lose weight.But I also know one of the last things on your mind is your health.So i've made a better alternative to the cigarettes & coffee diet to keep you from looking a little less like a haulocaust victim.
Breakfast:
-Vitamins(they're your friend)
-1 slice of wheat toast,no butter-45 cals
-1 cup of Light and Fit yogurt-60 cals
Mid-Morning Snack
-5 baby carrots-25 cals
Lunch:
-1 small apple-65 cals
-1 cup of sugar-free jello-10 cals
Afternoon Snack:
-1/2 of string cheese light:30 cals
Dinner:
-1/2 package Tyson grilled chicken strips:110 cals
-2 cups lettuce/1 tbsp italian dressing:55
-IMPORTANT:if you're forced to eat dinner with the family,eat only 4 SMALL bites.and read my tips page.
