MY GOALS!

OK so i wanna now start my list of goals. I saw a lady do this on her weight loss site and it seems like such a good idea because instead of waiting for myself to hit the main goal of 130 pounds i will feel like i am achieving more everytime i hit a weight goal. i thought about it and heres the goals i decided:
Weight Loss Goals
- Goal #1: 200 pounds- i feel like this is a milestone because after that my weight will no longer begin with a 2. I feel like i will have reached this goal by the time i weigh in on monday.
- Goal #2: 170 pounds- this is usually the weight i give up at. around 170-180 i stop dieting and gain it all back. i want to hit 170 and keep going so this is goal #2. also at 170 i am about halfway down to the weight i want to be at
- Goal #3 155 pounds- When i started dieting in my senior year of high school i got down to 155. I was there for like a day before i started gaining it back. honestly it didn't last too long. not even a week. i went right back up to 160 then up up up till about 180.
- Goal #4: 140 pounds- I know the weight is gonna be coming off real slow by this time so just to cheer myself and remind myself to keep going here is goal number 4.
- Goal #5: Lifetime goal of 130!!! yay i will be successful if i reach this weight. wish me luck!!
