This page will be mainly for my own personal use...im sure no one will care to read about what ive eaten from day to day. This is only for me to rant and track my daily eating habits; something ive been planning on doing for a while. But its hard for me to sit down and write it all on paper. I think i'll actually keep up with it this way ^o^.

July 25

For lunch i had half of a taco bueno chicken quesadilla (200), then for dinner like at 10pm i had salad bar at work (200?) and half of a bratwurst with saurkraut *yum* (150). Then i came home and had a cup of blueberry yogurt (100). Also had a serving of Vegetable crackers.

Calorie Count: 790 without subtracting whatever cals i burned while at work...Im a fucking pig. *goes to sulk*

July 23

Had half a bowl of cereal this afternoon for lunch (100?). Then some popcorn for a snack around 3 pm (100). Then i had an apple (80). And for dinner i had 3/4ths a Turkey Breast Subway Sandwich (174 cals)

Calorie Count: If you minus 260 for my exercise this evening...I had a nice count of 194 calories today. But i guess it could be rounded up to 200 just to make it even.

July 14

Ate a few animal crackers throughout the day as well as some chips (200). Drank alot of water too. For dinner i had a stupid cheeseburger that my mom brought back from the gas station.(250?) Then after i got in from jogging...i had some baby carrots (100) and half a salami sandwich (105).

Calorie Count: hmm..minus about 356 from my exercising and it comes to..about 300 cals today.^__^

June 22

For lunch i had the lil bit of cereal that was left in the box (200 cals?), as a mid afternoon snack i had a little Baybebell cheese thing (100 cals?) and for dinner my mom brought home Long John silver and i looked up a calorie chart online and my meal came up to 540. Not bad, could have done worse i suppose.

Calorie Count: around 840...i could have done better if it wasnt for the junk i had for dinner.

June 21

No breakfast...as usual for me on summer vacation. As a midnoon snack i had a piece of toast with orange marmalade (95 cals?). Then some time during the afternoon i ate 1/4 a Taco Bueno chicken quesadilla (100 cals)...damn those things are bout 420 cals a pop...>_< oye... Anyways, i also had 2 vanilla wafers as a snack too (20 cals?) oh well, im just guessing there on the cals..but *shrugs* I also snacked on some chips off and on during the day, but i didnt swallow them so im not couting them on here *lol* ^o^. For dinner i had a hot dog in plain white bread (180 cals).

Calorie Count: about 395, hehe i seem to be doing alright at working downward without binging or anything. Hehe ^o^;;

June 20

No breakfast cause i slept till noon again. I got up and had me a bowl of Basic 4 Cereal(300?). Then i had half a banana (50 cals) and about 1 serving of pretzels (90?). For dinner i had a small salad at the restaurant (250 cals?).

Calorie Count: 690, ^o^ yay, i feel like i did good today!

June 18

No Breakfast since i slept till 12:30. I made myself an english muffin (about 100 cals) with orange marmalade for lunch, but only ate half of it. Then a few hours later i decided to head up a lean cuisine dinner but it was crap so i fed most of it to my dog (200 cals?). I've snacked on some chips (100 cals?) and an airhead (60 cals) in the late afternoon. For dinner I had about 3/4 a cup of Hamburger helper and about 1/2 cup of green bean casserole. (around 350 cals?).

Calorie Count: around 860...mmm...dinner really screwed me calorie wise. >_<

June 17

Breakfast consisted of half of a Ricardo's breakfast burrito (??) (bacon, egg & cheese). 1 Airhead candy (60 cals), half a sugar cookie (90 cals)(one of those really good ones with the icing you buy at the grocery). Didnt have lunch..er..well about 3/4ths of an apple. Came home and had 1 more airhead, a slice of watermelon and a handful of plain potato chips. For dinner i ate half a slice of Freschettos Pizza (about 102.5 cals) and two fish sticks (74 cals) w/water to drink.

Calorie Count: around 871...not bad, but i'll try to do better tomorrow >:3
